AIMS  carry out complete calibration and repair of vast range of specialized instruments used in the energy and other industrial sector,   Sensitive instruments that are to be tested and re calibrated as a routine work can be done either on site or at our facility.  All the jobs are fully certified to various safety standards. AIMS  have an electrical dept. capable of Installation / Commissioning, Testing, Repair, Maintenance and Calibration of all types of electrical equipment HV/LV in conjunction with out Mechanical and Instrument workshop which has facilities for the testing and repair of fuel injectors and pumps, we are able to repair and calibrate a wide range of equipment.  

We have space and facility to undertake the overhaul of large machines especially generators up to 2MW, Air Compressors up to 1150cfm and drilling rigs of various sizes. Our associate divisions of the AIMS Group can quickly locate any spare parts from their world wide network of contacts

AIMS assembles standby and continuous rating Diesel Generating Sets with power ranging between 2 KVA to 500KVA using well known brands of engines like Deutz, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, MAK Perkins and Cummins for the industrial sector and further expanding its activities in the same line by manufacturing special Generating sets for Marine auxiliary mobile and containerized generating sets.  The Gensets can also be customized according to the specific requirement of the customer complete with remote starting / Auto Mains Failure facilities in acoustic containers as required.  

AIMS  carry out inspection, testing, dismantling, evaluation and complete overhauling of Industrial and Marine Diesel Engines of various brands ranging up to 4MW.  We provide full refurbishment packages as well as routine service checks, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance contracts on quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis.  For all our works on the Engine we furnish our warranty terms for the workmanship and the replaced parts.  Whether it is shut down or a routine maintenance work our expert technicians are there to satisfy your queries and to come up with the best possible solutions in order to cater your needs.

AIMS  is equipped with the right equipment to carry our specialized rewinding jobs using a 100% solvent free resin with the use of special tapes and slot liver insulations, we laminate structures of tremendous strength that resists the electro mechanical forces that are damaging to larger motors. The services offered at our facility is rewinding, overhauling, refurbishing all types of AC/DC motors ranging from 0.5KW to 600KW multi speed motors of cranes and hoists, welding generators, pumps, semi sealed compressor stators, transformers, brake and clutch coils, etc.  Dynamic balancing of rotors and all kinds of rotating assembly according to international standards are also undertaken
