Fire Hose Reel Cabinets are manufactured from 1.2mm Galvanized Sheet and finished in red Powder coated, complete with appropriate signage, either with flush handles/latches or with lockable lever handles.
These cabinets are available in either Solid door or Glass doors. Ideally, a single door surface mounted Fire Hose Reel Cabinet is best suited to fixed and swinging hose reels - with an easy three step, one man installation. A free standing external cabinet is designed to mount on legs where the hose reel is sited away from a wall or support structure.
Flush/recessed mounting cabinets complete with architrave surround frame, are used primarily in cavity/brick walls where a cover is required. A simple door and surround cabinet can be fixed to an opening, where a hose reel is built into the building.

*DOORS
All Steel door leafs shall be 40/45mm, double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steel G90 zero spangle to B.S.2989 made of 1.0mm thick face sheets of hollow metal construction and Rockwool/Honeycomb infill. Longitudinal edges shall be butt seamed, mechanically interlocked. Top and bottom of doors shall be provided with inverted recessed channels spot welded to door faces.Doors shall have 10mm clearance from finished floor level
* Frames
Steel frames shall be 1.2mm thick galvanized commercial grade steel G90 to B.S.1245 with mitered, welded corners round to a smooth uniform finish, wall anchors appropriate to floors and wall construction shall be provided on each jamb. All frames shall be prepared, reinforced, drilled and tapped to recieve specified mortised ironmongery.
* Glazing
Door glazing where applicable shall be 6mm georgean wired glass or clear glass with galvanized steel frames.
* Finishing
All steel doors and frames powder coated, color to client's approval.
*Hardware Preparation

Door Frames:
The material used for frame is Galvanized Steel . The standard door frame thickness is 1.5mm . The frame is constructed by welded method.
Frames are supplied primed as standard. Alternatively they can be supplied powder coated as per customer request.
Preparation is done for visible or concealed fixing bolts or brackets. Welded frames are provided as an alternative, standard frames are of bolted construction. Special profiles and higher steel gauges are also available.
All door leafs shall be 45mm, double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steel G90, zero spangle to B.S.2989 made of 1.0mm thick face sheets and solid core construction of compressed honeycomb/rock wool infiled. Overhead rails shall be made of steel galvanized to B.S.2989 standard lengths 1800mm, 2100mm, 2400mm and 300mm. Brackets shall be made of pressed steel. Suitable brackets are available for single and double run application, both side wall and soffit fixing. Spaced at centers not exceeding 900mm reducing to 600mm for heavier doors. Hangers and guides are fitted with maintenance free precision bearings sealed for life or "iolite" plain bearings. Steel parts are rust proofed by electrozinc plating or painting. Floor channels shall be made of steel in three sizes lugged for concrete and drilled for use with drainage funnels.
All door leafs shall be 50/65/70 mm, double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steel G90, zero spangle to B.S.2989 made of 1.0mm thick face sheets and solid core construction of compressed mineral wool infill 100k.g./m3 density filled in between reinforcing stiffners and 2mm lead sheets, 3mm acoustic sheet. Door leafs shall be rebated on 3 sides. Doors shall achieve sound reduction index varying from 35db to 45db at 4KHz octave brand.

Steel frames shall be 1.5/2/3 mm thick galvanized commercial grade seel G90 to B.S.1245 with mitered, welded corners ground to a smooth uniform finish, wall anchors appropriate to floors and wall construction shall be provided on each jamb. All frames shall be prepared, reinforced, drilled and tapped to recieve specified mortised ironmongery. In addition, for higher acoustic rating, rubber foam glued on all four sides and heavy duty double profile screwed to on all 3 sides.
All door leafs shall be 40/45mm, double skinned galvanized, commercial grade steel G90, Zero spangle as per B.S.2989 made of 1.0mm thick face sheets of hollow metal construction and honeycomb infill core insulation. All glasses used in these vision panel doors is full georgean wired reinforced glass. Wired glass is essentially manufactured to meet fire requirements, all though it is also used for decorative purpose.

Galvanized steel louvers welded with the door. Louver blades shall overlap obstructing vision but allowing ventilation.
