Al Bassam Plastic Polyethylene Tank is manufactured through rotational moulding under a very high temperature using the highest quality raw material.


These tanks are available in vertical & horizontal shapes and in 3, 4 & 5 Layers starting from 35 US Gallons to 5, 000 US Gallons.

As the polyethylene tank is one of the solid and durable thermoplastics, it's not affected by manufacturing heat or heat after manufacturing.

5 Types of Layers

First: Outer Layer of tough white plastic in order to withstand harshest weather conditions.
Second: UV Layer provides the tank a resistance against ultra violet rays.
Third: Smooth Inner Layer for storing water and prevents the growth of bacteria, algae & fungus.
Fourth: Foam Layer (Compressed sponges) maintains water temperature at a rate lesser than the outside temperature.
Fifth: Chlorophyll Layer increases the thickness of the tank and helps to prevent the growth of bacteria, algae & fungus.

Al Bassam Underground Plastic Tanks are molded from U.S. FDA approved UV stabilized Polyethylene. They are manufactured as single-piece units. They are designed especially for underground installation; they have the flexibility to be positioned easily. These tanks can be used for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Vertical ribbed side walls:
Substantially wide ribs positioned vertically from top to bottom to noticeably increase both strength and durability of our underground tanks.

Longer life span:

We are the first company to introduce HDPE Road Barriers throughout UAE with past experiences & considering UAE weather conditions, these are designed with high stability to withstand harshest weather and climatic conditions in UAE with longer life span than Low Density.
