Aljouf cultivate an area of 1500 hectares of both processing and table potatoes ( total of 50.000 tons annually ).The processing potatoes are produced under the highest quality standards that have been highly appreciated by the processing factories ( French fries and crisps ) .Aljouf has developed a unique production system for potatoes and onion that allows for year-round continuous, steady supply.

Al jouf has long been famous for its high quality onion onion , locally and abroad. Annual production range from 30.000 to 45.000 tons. Average yields for some varieties reached 90 tons per hectares .

Has been introduced as a new promising crop to efficiently use the available resources of the company during summer , to meet the growing demand of the industry . The present area is 2000 hectares , average yield of 12 tons / ha is expected .

A- Alfalfa : is the main forage crop in an area of 4000 hectares that produce 100.00 tons of high quality forage which is highly appreciated by major dairy producers .B- Sorghum : forage ( Sudan grass ) is grown in an area of 1000 hectares . Average yield is 20 tons / ha .
