One of Galtech’s specialties is designing and manufacturing hydraulic gear pumps. Pumps range is divided into 3 categories: Group1, Group 2 and Group 3. Displacements range from 0, 9 to 120 cc/rev and up to 320 bar maximum working pressure. Pumps are available with optional cast iron front flange and rear cover for noise reduction and higher working pressure on some displacements. Pumps can be assembled with standard European, German, SAE front flanges or, special ZF, Perkins and Renault front covers. Tapered, straight keyed or splined shafts are available with various porting configurations such as BSP, NPT, ORB, metric, flanged. Rear covers with built-in relief valves and flow control valves are also available. All standard pumps are pre-configured to be assembled as double or triple pumps using coupling kits.

Piston Seals or Piston Rings are used in hydraulic cylinders for fluid sealing and are designed to ensure that pressurised fluid does not leak across the cylinder head as the system pressure pushes the piston down the cylinder bore. The choice of piston seal is decided by the way in which the cylinder operates. For a cylinder which is exclusively single-acting, capable of sealing dynamic pressure from one side (unidirectional), it is always best to choose the type of seal designed to provide optimum sealing qualities for single-acting functions. The best sealing capacity of a double-acting cylinder, capable of sealing dynamic pressure from both sides (bidirectional), is achieved by choosing a double-acting seal. A piston design where two single-acting seals on the piston for a double-acting cylinder are used can easily give rise to a breakdown. The reason is that a very high pressure can be trapped between the seals. Piston seals, both single and double-acting, can be designed for and used with integrated or separate back-up rings and guide rings.

Our solution partners are the world leading manufacturers and providing to our special dimension tubes for decades.   Forged Steel Parts and Super Light Brackets Trunions and spherical eyes are forged and heat treated. Reinforced casting brackets saves 7 kg weight on the chasis.   Light and Strong Design Our special tube diameters and thickness make our gold series lightest and strongest in the world with %15 more lifting capacity than the others. Maximum durability and easy maintenance comes with unique design..   Integrated Production Line with Automation All production process is supported by robot technologies and monitored professionally by ERP and Data Base Management systems.   Chroming All stages hard chromed as a standard treatment in our manufactory. Minimum 50 μ chrome plating on diameter prevent our products from humidity, extreme weather conditions and external involvements.   %100 Process Traceability and Testing During the production process, all parts of the tubes moved to the next stage with extended barcode number to create the final product serial number. All cylinders put in automatic test units and tested in real working conditions. The rod seal is the most critical seal on any type of fluid power equipment preventing leakage of fluid from within the cylinder to the outside. Leakage through the rod seal can reduce equipment performance, and also in extreme cases can cause environmental issues.
