These ovens utilise diesel (HSD LDO) as a fuel. The fuel is fired with the help of imported burner inside the heat exchanger made of stainless steel. The blowers mounted in the heater box circulate the oven air over the heat exchanger thus oven air is heated indirectly. Flue gases after burning the fuel are exhausted to the atmosphere through chimney. The burner is fully automatic and controlled by temperature controller. The burning is totally clean without formation of any soot. Heater box is generally top mounted to save floor space. However it can be mounted on any side of the oven, Initial cost of these ovens is higher but running cost is less than 60 % as compaired to electrically heated ovens.

The booth is recommended for large production volumes. A pump draws water from the base tank and carries it to the overhead, overflow tank from where the water flows along the rear wall guide plate thus keeping rear wall clean, reducing bounce back, improving spray booth atmosphere, enhancing the paint killing efficiency and reducing maintenance. A whirl plate provided at the base of this water wall throughly mix the paint particles with the booth water ensuring excellent paint killing. All booths are available in Batch Conveyorised and Pressurisation option.

Initial cost of these ovens is higher but running cost is less than 50 % as compared to elec. ovens.

This model is recommended for medium jobs upto dimensions 2" x 3" x 4" to be loaded from front side however occasional larger jobs can be inserted from the side by opening hinged side doors. The spray chamber has octagonal shape due to whcih the air suckeed expands after entering inside it. Hence at the central coating zone the air velocity is minimum and at the walls it is higher. This gives better transfer efficiency, less powder deposition on the walls. Ths specially shaped trough with slopping sides at the bottom of the booth minimises accumulation of powder which makes it very easy for cleaning and quick colour changes with minimum deadstock of powder. The multicyclone recovery ( 4 module) system ensures extreamely high levels of powder recovery above 98 percent. The 3 H. P. blower meets the regulations of internationnal pollution control norms and maintain the velocity over LEL (Lowest Explosive Level).

Turnkey paintshops for liquid painting are supplied with ARP, paint booths with automatic paint sludge removal, flash off zones.Automatic object sensing for auto changeover of oven temperature can be provided. This different components like silencers with 200 deg. and MFN parts with 130 deg. can be painted in same plant in continuation.
