Variant:  02/21-001 - AVK gate valves are designed with built-in safety in every detail. The wedge is fully vulcanized with AVK’s own drinking water approved EPDM rubber compound. It features an outstanding durability due to the ability of the rubber to regain its original shape, the double bonding vulcanization process and the sturdy wedge design. The triple safety stem sealing system, the high strength stem and the thorough corrosion protection safeguard the unmatched reliability.

Right side lever and weight, 1.4404 shaft, DN50-300, PN10/16 Variant:  41/36-002 - AVK series 41 swing check valves come with both metal and resilient seats. Installed in pumping applications to prevent back flow they can be used for drinking water as well as waste water. The disc is connected to the shaft via a flexible bush that allows disc and valve seat to adjust exactly. All interior parts are stainless steel or coated with drinking water approved epoxy or EPDM. The series 41 valves are available with either closed bushings or protruding shaft end where a lever with a weight or a spring can be fitted to mitigate pressure surges.

For gate valves, key adaptor #23-32 Variant:  04/02-001 - AVK extension spindles in fixed length are designed for ease of use and long service life. The patented design facilitates fast and easy shortening of the extension spindle as the complete adjustment can be done by mere use of a hacksaw. The extension spindles are made of corrosion-free materials and the bottom cover protects against penetration of impurities.

For PE and PVC pipes Variant:  10/00-001 - AVK tapping saddles are easy to mount, maintenance free and designed for long life. A large profiled rubber gasket of drinking water approved EPDM ensures a drop tight seal against a rough pipe surface. The depth of the BSP thread is kept to a minimum to ensure that no raw threads are exposed to the medium once the male thread fitting is mounted. The nuts are located in a recess to prevent them from rotating when tightening the bolts.

For ductile iron, PVC and steel pipes Variant:  05/21-001 - The combi-flange is part of AVK’s combi-flange system comprising tensile combi-flanges for PE, PVC and ductile iron pipes as well as non-tensile combi-flanges for PVC, steel and ductile iron pipes. The ductile iron flanges are epoxy coated according to DIN 30677-2 and AVK guidelines.           

Long, fixed EPDM liner for water, duplex/rilsan coated disc Variant:  75/21-020 - AVK centric butterfly valves with fixed liner feature an outstanding seating concept. The rubber is injection moulded directly on the valve body forming a permanent bond. Consequently, there is no risk of deformation or dislocation of the liner making the valves suitable under vacuum conditions. The combination of the profiled disc edge and the excellent AVK rubber quality ensures maximum durability of the liner.
