The Hex monoweld is used on upstream offshoreonshore gas and oil production and initial processing installations. Typically used on single or dual gauge pressure or analyzer installations to minimize the size and weight of the pipe-valve assemblies used for primary andor secondary isolation, vent and calibration. Also used in downstream oil and gas refining and petrochemical production on welded, or flanged pipe processes, primary on gas applications or light end liquids.

Straight-Through Flow The disc is moved across the surface of the plate by the disc pin. When throttled open, the slots of the disc and plate align to allow the required flow through the seats. Since the flow path is straight through the slots, turbulence, noise, and wear are reduced. Another feature of this unique design is that the disc is supported from behind by the plate. This enables the seats to operate efficiently in the near closed position without being disturbed by the high, un-balanced forces a single seated globe valve would experience. The new Ashcroft® Model GC51 is a uniquely compact pressure transmitter, ideal for monitoring pressures in process automation, hydraulic systems, compressors, pumps and in tank level applications where consistent, reliable pressure measurement is essential. The GC51 is equipped with Ashcroft®'s field-proven thin film sensor and can monitor a wide variety of wet or dry media. Available in ranges from 0-50 to 0-7500 psi and compound ranges up to -1550 psi, this versatile transmitter includes a min.max. hold feature to record high and low pressure events. A rugged aluminum NEMA 4X IP 65 enclosure measures only 2.65 inches in diameter and incorporates a backlit LCD display for local reading. The output is a two-wire configurable 4-20 mA signal that can be adjusted to re-range the transmitter or "tare" unwanted fluid head preloads.

The new Ashcroft® Model GC52 is uniquely compact wetwet differential pressure transmitter, ideal for flow and tank level applications where reliable, low dP measurements are required. Equipped with the patented SiGlas™ 316 Stainless Steel isolated sensor, the GC52 can monitor a wide variety of wet or dry media. Available in unidirectional ranges from 0-4 to 0-400 in.W.C and bidirectional ranges up to ±200 in.W.C., the GC52 operates on line (static) pressures up to 300 psi. A rugged aluminum NEMA 4X IP65 enclosure measures only 2.56 inches in diameter and incorporates a backlit LCD display for local reading. The output is a two-wire configurable 4-20 mA signal that can be adjusted to re-range the transmitter or "tare" unwanted fluid head preloads.
