Description






Tube Cutter is used for cutting tubes of nylon, soft nylon, polyurethane, and other soft plastic tubes of 12mm or less. Its durable enough to cut hard plastic tubing yet lightweight and small enough for convenient storage. Also suitable for 1/8 to 3/4 O.D. tubing.


Cuttings Rules

A. When cutting tubing, it is important to produce a square-end, free of any burrs, either on the otuside or inside.


B. Plastic tubing should be cut with purpose-made cutting pliers, never with ordinary cutting pliers or a hacksaw. The metal tube cutter may be used with any soft metal tubing, such as copper, aluminium, or aluminium alloy.


C. Also a new piece of tubing should be cut approximately 10 percent longer than a tube to be replaced, to provide for minor variations in bending.

Design of Sandblast Nozzle holder is to slip over sandblast hose and to be fastened with screws. Such an external coupling prevents restriction of flow and prevents coupling wear out from the high velocity of sand.


Limitations:

Do not increase the arm strength by expanding the handle, or the tools will be permanently damaged.


If the hose and joint are not in their places, the clip seat is not close to the cylinder bottom, or a module group does not match the hose joint, its impossible to start the piston handle. Furthermore the tools will be permanently damaged. In addition, keep no hand at any clipping point during use of the tools.












Use and Maintenance of Hydraulic Crimping Tool

  1. Avoid operation of hydraulic crimper at overload. Before use, retract the piston completely, and counterclockwise rotate the hand wheel if the pressure relief valve so that the crimping clip of hydraulic crimper can go back to the fixed clip seat.

  2. Counterclockwise rotate the fixed clip seat of the hydraulic crimper so that it leaves the cylinder bottom, remove the movable pin connected to the key chain, and replace the crimping module group matching with the hose.

  3. Select the copper or aluminium joint matching with the hose, insert the hose completely, and check the assembly in place.

  4. Install the above hose joint in the clip seat, fold the movable clip seat to the fixed clip seat so that the pin holes of two clip seats can coincide, and completely insert the movable pin connected to the key chain.

  5. Clockwise rotate the fixed clip seat of the hydraulic crimper so that it presses close to the cylinder bottom.
