Mild Steel Refrigerated Truck

• Base 80 x 40 x 4mm thick cross members concealed with PUF insulation. Bottom side of the base covered by stainless steel- for rust prevention.
• All Panels 1.6mm Pre – Coated Imported corrugated panels.
• All Other Components 2.5/3mm Pre – Coated Imported pressed sections as per the design.
• PUF Insulation 38 - 40 density liquid forming insulation.
• Container inside Finish All sides will be 0.3mm stainless steel food grade finish reinforced with plywood, except floor.
• Flooring Fiber coating for leak proof, top layered with SS corrugated Sheet.
• Container Doors SS 304 Gr. DLM & Hinges with Pre – Coated Sheet combination with suitable EPDM Rubber door seals.
• Container Bottom (Outer) SS 304 Gr. Sheet will be used for complete closing.
• Container Top FRP coating for rust protection.
• Painting Primer coating with epoxy paint. Finish coating with reputed make paint (colour – customer choice).
• All the Pre – Coated sections and components are pre-treated before painting for rust protection. All the necessary accessories can be provided for mounting and finishing.
