Thermoplastic PVC (polyvinyl chloride) Schedule 80 is light, flexible, and durable and provides exceptional corrosion resistance. Due to these and other properties of this high quality thermoplastic, substantial savings can be realised during installation and ongoing service life.

PVC Schedule 80 can withstand temperatures up to 140F ( 60C ).

PVC Schedule 80 thermoplastic is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, alcohols and many other corrosive materials. PVC Schedule 80 is ideal for process piping and most service piping applications.

CPVC can handle temperatures up to 210F (90C).

CPVC thermoplastic is highly resistant to acids, alkalis, alcohols and many other corrosive materials. CPVC is ideal for process piping as well as most service pipe application.

These systems are used for the removal of domestic waste and rainwater from residential as well as commercial buildings. We have a full range for all waste and rainwater applications.

The system is manufactured to EN 1519 specifications which incorporate a test temperature of 110c. The pipes are manufactured by Hepworth whilst the fittings are supplied by Wavin. Sizes range from 32mm up to 315mm.

PVDF has a high tensile strength and stiffness. The impact strength is still good at temperatures around zero C. The advantages of PVDF are particularly prevalent at higher temperatures. This is due to the high fluorine content which causes strong interactions between the PVDF chains. This, in turn, displaces the softening and the loss of properties at higher temperatures. This also has an effect on long-term creep strength. Pipes, fittings and valves of PVDF are uncolored and opaque (milky, translucent).

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) solvent weld waste system is manufactured in 32mm (1 ), 40mm (1 ), and 50mm (2) OD sizes in white and grey colour. The ABS Solweld Solvent Weld Waste system conform where applicable to the standards laid down by BS 5255 and are carrying Kitemark Certification.

ABS provides an efficient means of drainage of waste water, to either a gully or soil stack, from single or multi storey buildings. ABS is resistant to most organic acids and alkalis and aqueous solutions. ABS has not been found to react adversely with any traditional building material.

HDPE, MDPE, LDPE pressure systems

PE Pipes are available in ranges from 20mm to 800mm. Black and blue colours are available for water application whilst yellow is commonly used for gas. PE system consists of large variety of fittings of butt fusion, electrofusion, compression and push-fit types. PE Pipes conform to ISO 4427 (Water) and ISO 4437 (Gas) standards.
