Our offered Product range includes Weld In Thermowells and Flanged Thermowells.
H&B Sensors design and manufacture a range of weld in solid drilled thermowells and weld in fabricated thermowells. Available in a variety of materials including 316 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Inconel 600, Monel 400, Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy C22.
Weld in thermowell stem profiles available include parallel, tapered and stepped types. To ensure stem strength and suitability Wake Frequency Calculations can be carried out in accordance with the ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2010 specification.
A variety of protective sheaths and coatings are available to protect against corrosive and high temperature processes including FEP, PTFE, tantalum, tungsten carbide and stellite.
A wide range of thermowell testing is available including pressure testing, x-ray, positive material identification (PMI), magnetic particle inspection, oxygen cleaning and ultrasonic.

Flanged thermowells are available with either seal welded, full penetration welded or one piece forged style flange connections. A wide range of flange sizes and ratings are available in either raised face (RF), flat face (FF) or ring type joint (RTJ) configurations. Other options include velocity collars and cover flanges.
