1 Products availableWe offer the best product range of Rubber Process Oil, Gilsonite, Bitumen, Foots Oil and Sepahan Rubber Process Oil.
rubber processing oil is formulated from high-quality base oils blended with a balanced mixture of additives. It is mainly used during the processing and production of rubber compounds.
the range of dkptc rubber process oil isclassified into three groups:-
aromatictypes
is fully rich aromatic by-product form solvent extracting process to modify physical properties of the vulcanization and to reduce the cost of the finished product.
paraffinictypes
paraffinic type comes into the class of hydrocarbons which constitutes of branched chain or straight linked hydrocarbons molecules of many viscosities.
naphthenic types
is a class of hydrocarbons also referred to as ( cycloparaffins) . Their unique colour stability, solubility and good thermal stability make them ideal for moulded articles, footwear, lpg tubes, hot water bags, floor tiles, moulded & extruded products.
in addition to the above three type, we also offer you a range of non-carcinogenic low pca (polycyclic aromatics) oils which meet the eu regulations. This range includes of treated distillate aromatic extract (tdae), distillate aromatic extract (dae), treated residual aromatic extract (trae), residual aromatic extract (rae) and mild extracted solvent (mes).
the blend of heavy paraffinic oils comes in (mes) category and the aromatic extract is in (rae) while both types contain polycyclic aromatics content and are less than 3% as required by eu regulations.
Gilsonite is a natural Asphaltum, resinous hydrocarbon. This natural asphalt is similar to a hard petroleum asphalt and is often called a natural asphalt, asphaltite, uintaite, or asphaltum. Gilsonite is soluble in aromatic and aliphatic solvents, as well as petroleum asphalt. Due to its unique compatibility, gilsonite is frequently used to harden softer petroleum products.
Lump Form:
1- Gilsonite with ash content up to 5%, moisture up to 2%2- Gilsonite with ash content up to 10%, moisture up to 2%3- Gilsonite with ash content up to 15%, moisture up to 2%
Powder form:
1- Gilsonite with ash content up to 5%, moisture up to 2% meshes 30, 40, 100, and 1502- Gilsonite with ash content up to 10%, moisture up to 2% meshes 30, 40, 100, and 1503- Gilsonite with ash content up to 15%, moisture up to 2% meshes 30, 40, 100, and 150
Asphalt also known as bitumen is a sticky, black and highly viscous liquid or semi-solid form of petroleum. It may be found in natural deposits or may be a refined product; it is a substance classed as a pitch. The primary use (70%) of asphalt/bitumen is in road construction, where it is used as the glue or binder mixed with aggregate particles to create asphalt concrete. Its other main uses are for bituminous waterproofing products, including the production of roofing felt and for sealing flat roofs.
The terms asphalt and bitumen are often used interchangeably to mean both natural and manufactured forms of the substance., asphalt (or asphalt cement) is the carefully refined residue from the distillation process of selected crude oils. Outside the United States, the product is often called bitumen. Geological terminology often prefers the term bitumen. Common usage often refers to various forms of asphalt/bitumen as "tar", such as at the La Brea Tar Pits. Another term, mostly archaic, refers to asphalt/bitumen as "pitch".
Naturally occurring asphalt/bitumen is sometimes specified by the term "crude bitumen". Its viscosity is similar to that of cold molasses while the material obtained from the fractional distillation of crude oil [boiling at 525 C (977 F) is sometimes referred to as "refined bitumen".
Residue Wax is also popularly known as "Foot Oil " a residue of the finished product after the manufacturing of paraffin wax or its related products.
Foots Oil can be used as hydrophobia impregnation material, fuel brick component, raw material for the production of grease lubricants, conservation oils, and lubricants.
