DuctSox fabric duct is used to distribute and disperse air in both Open and semi-open Ceiling Architecture. Our products are custom designed and manufactured per project and the designs can range from very simple ones to the most complex ones, incorporating fittings like radius elbows, transitions and many more to suit every requirement of application and architecture design. The sections of the duct are zippered together to form the required length. This assembly system also makes it easier to remove and move the system when needed, making DuctSox a perfect choice for both temporary and permanent installations. The duct diameter ranges from 8 to 85. DuctSox fabric duct is the perfect alternative for galvanized and pre-insulated duct serving a wide spectrum of applications such as industrial areas, retail, commercial, educational, warehouse, laboratory as well as food processing environments. SkeleCore Pull-Tight is a Suspension/Fabric Retention System that utilizes a combination of Internal Hoops and Tensioning Baskets to help maintain fabric shape, with or without air in the system. Different from FTS, Pull-Tight is suspended from either a Tension Cable or Track Suspension System and is tensioned "externally" utilizing a Tension Cable (or Track) Lock. Pull-Tight improves start-up performance and aesthetics when compared to multiple row, horizontal suspension systems. DuctSox continues to be the leader and innovator in the fabric ductwork/diffuser industry. The Silencer is a Fabric Sound Attenuator that was developed to address one factor for fabric ductnoise from the air handling unit. Textile air dispersion systems can be designed to be quiet, but noise entering the system from air handling units, volume control dampers, or fan-powered boxes can create an uncomfortably noisy environment. DuctSoxs latest innovation is the first of its kind silencer made out of fabric! The concept utilizes several other innovations, such as our patented SkeleCore Technology for structure. The Silencer can be used in place of a metal silencer or acoustically-lined ducting to absorb or prevent incoming noise from reaching the occupied space. Many applications leave little, or no, mechanical space to place sound attenuators. The Silencer is installed in the occupied space, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance that can be customized to match your DuctSox Systems fabric type and color. Depending on noise absorption required, the Silencer is available with or without an internal bullet and available in diameters 12 to 30.

The depth of the Round DuctSox may hang too low into the space, while D-Shape will save on space, but may not carry the volume of air needed. To solve that, DuctSox now designs and manufactures OvalSox, fabric duct work in an oval shape. Our own Print Shop technicians can help you customize your DuctSox with FULL color images, block lettering, fancy lettering, custom designed logos. you name it! Our imaging process produces incredibly sharp images that are unmatched by typical screen printing! There are several different standard personalizing options to choose from. One Color which includes text and simple one-color logos and images. Or, Full Color which includes all multi-color logos and images. There are several stock colors available for the One Color option, while we do have other colors available to order including non-stock colors, custom colors (e.g. Pantone colors), and specialty colors (e.g. metallics). Several different standard fonts are available. Other fonts are available upon request. We also have custom options available if the standard options do not meet your personalization needs.
