We design, fabricate and install dust collection systems for various scenarios like cement industries, polishing machines, grinding machines, wood joinery, wood saw etc.

We manufacture cyclone separators, dust collectors with filters, bag filters etc.

We also manufacture portable dust collectors which are space saving and easy to use. the dust source is connected to the dust collector fan via a rigid flexible duct. The dust is collected in the inflated filter bags connected to the drum. Once full the bags which are clamped can be easily opened and fixed back after removing the dust. The dust collector is also equipped with castor wheels for movement.

Here at Dynamic Fabrication, we manufacture Axial fans ranging from size 12 diameter to 50 diameter. These fans have numerous application like ventilation, exhaust, etc. They can be stand mounted as mancoolers, and can be inline ducted. We use high quality motors from Brazil or Europe, the client can also specify any brand if they opt for. Available in Variable speeds, can be Belt or direct driven. Just tell us what size or the capacity ( CFM / CMH ) needed and we will select the fan for you. Portable Ventilation fans can be connected to a flexible ducting and can be used for extracting dust/ smoke from basement or a construction site.

We manufacture

We manufacture centrifugal blowers for all kinds of application. Our fans are heavy duty and are long lasting. The construction is done keeping in mind ease of future maintenance and cleaning. They are manufactured in belt drive as well as direct drive. Drain plugs are provided to facilitate cleaning, or for oil to drip in kitchen exhaust blowers. Construction material is Mild steel or stainless steel as per customer specification. Fans can be Coupling drive, High pressure, for material conveying etc.

We fabricate hoods ( MS / SS ) which we mount in a favourable position to collect the smoke and the hood is connected to the blower through Ductings ( Box type / Spiral, moc optional ) and then the smoke is expelled through chimneys / duct. These systems are well suited for heavy welding areas, gauging areas, Foundry shop, furnaces, galvanising tanks, chemical mixing tanks, grinding machines, cement industries etc. Fresh air system can be provided to replace the displaced air through hoods.

Marine fans typically are required to be sufficiently robust to operate in extreme environments, where exposure to harsh elements requires robust construction. Our range of industrial and belt drive fans can be manufactured to ensure optimal operation where heat, moisture, condensation and sea air are considered.

We design, fabricate and install kitchen exhaust systems which are highly efficient and function problem free for long time. The kitchen hoods are placed above the ovens / stoves and are of stainless steel construction of desired finish. the hoods include oil filters which remove most of the oil from the exhaust air and are collected in oil cups. The ductings are connected via GI ductings to the centrifugal blower installed on the roof. The Blowers are belt driven to isolate the motor from temperature and oil. Grease taps are provided to drain oil and a maintenance door is provided for periodic cleaning and maintenance. Access doors are also provided in the ducting for inspection and periodic cleaning.

The system can be equipped with fresh air system with an additional fan pumping fresh air towards the hood and is dispersed downwards from the hood to recompensate for the displaced air, and also to reduce airconditioning losses.
