We are manufacturing all types of masterbatch for injection molding, blow molding, blown & cast film and extrusion molding application for PE/PP finished product making. We are also making additives masterbatch for PE like PPA, Antiblock, Antistatic, Antioxidant, Slip, UV,(UV for green house) Anti-fogg, clarifiers, anti-microbial and Oxo biodegradable etc. We are very successful in promoting a product “Poly Bonnd” in Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Jordan market for making HDPE/LDPE shopping bags and Film. When 5-8% of the product is added to filler, the loading of the filler can be increased. And the finished product will have a very good strength, and elongation at brake with a very good surface finish. We are very strong in making Engineering plastic color masterbatch for PP, PS, PET, PC, PMMA, PA, ABS etc. in any color and application customers can name it we make it. We can tailor make products as per customers’ requirements. We are making PET color masterbatch for PET film/sheet, preforms, etc. Recently we have developed additive masterbatch for engineering plastic like PET Antiblock & Antifogg for film and thermoformed sheets, masterbatch for enhancing recycling PET. Light diffusing (please check details of “light diffusing” in internet) masterbatch for Poly Carbonate and PMMA, UV masterbatch for PC. Laser Safe masterbatch for safe printing in bottles and caps for expiry of products without any problems for products packed inside.
