The Elster American Meter Series 1800B2 pressure regulators are designed for natural gas applications and feature a compact, lightweight design for fast, easy installation. Interchangeable orifices and springs provide a wide range of outlet pressures and flow rates. Outlet pressures between 3.5" W.C. and 2 PSIG are available. Operating temperature range is -20F to 150F (-30C to 65C). Maximum flow rate is 2500 SCFH (70.8 mh).

The Absolute ENCODER index for diaphragm gas meters consists of a mechanical index in which 7 individual digit rollers are opto-electronically scanned and read out. The data is then continually transferred as a data word via a digital interface to the connected communication modules, whereby permanent data transfer security is guaranteed compared with the conventional transfer of pulses. The Absolute ENCODERs consistent modular design minimizes the efforts and expenditure of installation, commissioning and data provision and ensures investment security for future applications.The basic version of the new Absolute ENCODER AE2 can be retrofitted with cable-based or wireless communication even after installation in the network.

The EK205 is a battery-operated volume conversion device that can be easily mounted onto gas meters from Elster or other manufacturers. Powered by a lithium battery for a minimum five-year service life, the device calculates gas volume at base conditions on the basis of consumption data supplied by flow-proportional pulses from the connected meter and the measurements of gas temperature and pressure. The data logging function, serial interface and different data communication protocols allow integration in head-end and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
