Emirates Techno Casting based in UAE, is one of the leading Steel foundries in the world with high technical capabilities, advanced technologies and has a built up capacity to produce 18,000 tons of Steel castings per annum. ETC has over 15 years’ experience in producing material grades including Carbon, Low Alloys, Stainless, Duplex, Super Duplex and High Nickel Alloy Steel Castings. From inception. ETC has manufactured and supplied Steel Castings for Engineered and Projects (NON Commodity) requirements in Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction & Mining Industrial sectors. ETC has capability to produce 20Kg (44 lbs.) to 12.5 tons (27,500 lbs.) net weight steel castings in rough & fully machined condition. ETC has three independent Foundries in UAE with automatic Molding lines of mould sizes varying from minimum 300mm x 300mm x 150 mm to maximum 3100mm x 3400mm x 3000mm. Each plant is equipped with independent, dedicated process facilities including in house Fettling, Heat Treatment, NDT Testing (MPI, DP, Radiography). ETC in UAE is centrally located and reachable to most parts of the world in very short transit times with frequent sailings throughout the world. ETC is approved by most oil & gas end users, EPC’s worldwide and has NORSOK Rev.4 approval for Duplex & Super Duplex grades.
