The House of Alstertor, one of the oldest labels in Germany, has been producing quality products for over one hundred years. In fact, the recipe for these herrings dates back nearly a century.

This exclusive line of herring fillets manufactured under the Alstertor label is made from only the finest quality fresh (not frozen) herrings. The recipes for the sauces were selected with particular care to meet the exacting standards of the House of Alstertor, Hamburg, Germany.

Due to customer requests, Alstertor now produces Kipper Snacks as an extension of its popular herring items. The possibilities of this line of canned fish products range from lunch-time snacks with bread to a main course with potatoes or rice. Alstertor's Dusseldorf style mustard in the attractive (and reusable!) glass mug is one of our best selling items.

Imported from Germany, Zeisner's Curry Ketchup is a delicious puree of tomatoes, apples, vinegar and spices; it enhances the flavor of chips, hamburgers, french fries, and baked potatoes. Excellent on pork, , fish, rice, and pasta. All natural, no preservatives or artificial colors.

Maggi is Germany's premier line of seasonings, bouillons, sauces, and recipe fixings. Founded in 1868 when Julius Maggi took over the mill of his father in Kempttal, Switzerland, the company invented the soup seasoning in 1886. In 1887, Maggi formed a subsidiary in Singen, Germany; a decade later, Maggi, Ltd. was founded in Singen.

Meica Sausages, Germany's #1 sausage, are made from select cuts of pure prime pork meat and fine spices.
