Standard Terms & Conditions Ice Carved Sculptures: We shall deliver 40 minutes prior to viewing/guests arriving. We endeavour to make on time deliveries, however, we may not accept responsibility, nor undertake any compensation, for lateness due to situations beyond our control. We would like our customer to ensure that a container is made available for the collection of melting ice-water from the drain tray and to dispose of the sculpture at the end of the event unless otherwise agreed. ICE Carved Sculptures generally weigh approximately (25kg) unless otherwise stated, hence they must be placed on a sturdy table. DO NOT USE FOLDING TABLE OR TABLES WITH ONE CENTRAL SUPPORT AS THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND MAY DISBALANCE. G&M Ice, or its agents shall not accept liability for any damage arising from the mishandling of sculptures once delivery has been accepted and signed for. Any problems relating to a sculpture must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. We may not be able to accept complaints after that time Sculptures should not be set up in direct sunlight or flood lights as this can cause cracking (avoid excessive heat exposure) We recommend to dismantle Sculptures by 7hshould be dismantled no more than 7 hours after set up. ICE Carved Sculpture cancellation charges. Cancellation more than one week = No Charge Within same week = 40% of order value Within a day before or same day = 75% of order value
