A crucible is a container that can withstand very high temperatures and is used for metal, glass, and pigment production as well as a number of modern laboratory processes. While crucibles historically were usually made from clay, they can be made from any material that withstands temperatures high enough to melt or otherwise alter its contents.
Graphite electrodes are widely used in electric arc furnaces for smelting of steel, alloy steel, various alloys and nonmetals. Graphite electrodes supplied by GES always met the requirements of customers with their excellent qualities. Graphite electrodes are used in electric arc furnace and ladle furnace for steel making. Our factories has owned advanced producing technology, height technical force and perfect testing methods. With different types of nipples, our plant can product male and female electrodes, Most of our electrodes exported to USA, UK, Germany, Belgium, France, Japan, South Korea, India, Middle East and Russia. The Electrodes we supply are as below Regular Power (RP Grade) High Power (HP Grade) Ultra Height Power Grade (UHP Grade) Regular Power Impregnated (RPI Grade) Super High Power (SHP Grade)
Carbon electrodes supplied by GES are primarily used for industrial smelting operations. Application include the smelting of silicon, yellow phosphorus, calcium carbide, ferroalloy, and aluminum, There are additional processes as well. GES-China supplies carbon electrodes produced by libration molding, a method perfected and used by our producing partners. Carbon electrodes usually have a larger diameter, bigger arc bandwidth, pitch are stabilization and a greater smelting efficiency , than Graphite Electrodes, leading to larger yields and lower consumption of electricity for some of the listed applications.
GES has supplied carbon and graphite to various industries for over 25 years. GES represents some of the leading graphite producers worldwide. Now, with an expanded list of specialty graphite grades, GES is positioned to better serve a variety of specialty application markets. The extruded, molded, and isotropic graphite covers three distinct grain sizes. This graphite exhibits consistent and homogeneous properties providing excellent feeder stock for casy machining to a varity of quality parts. Our diverse family of grades offers physical characteristics fully competitive with graphite from the major suppliers.
