USES AND PROPERTIES: Active Zinc Oxide helps reducing dosage up to 50%, compared with normal White Seal Zinc Oxide Our Active Zinc Oxide has surface area from 30 to 50 m2g. This is better than the 3-5 m2g of normal Whit Seal Zinc Oxide. Intended for Rubber products with special requirement: Solution SBR tires, Side wall of passenger tires, radial tire, thick rubber pieces needing good thermal conductivity, Sporting goods, Auto parts, Shoe Sole, Rubber band, Gloves, Condom, EPDM compound, EVA products, Foam compounds and Rubber Thread.

USES AND PROPERTIES: Composite Zinc Oxide has small particle sizes and high surface area of 20 to 50 m2g Best use for tires, rollers, and conveyors belt products, which need good aging and good abrasion resistance. Because of its high surface area, it is also good for transparent rubber product like rubber bands, shoe soles etc. In dry rubber and latex: Composite Zinc Oxide can improve modulus, hardness, tensile strength, elongation, compression set, product transparency, EVA transparency, reduced air permeability and rolling resistance, UV resistance.

USES AND PROPERTIES: Zinc oxide Pharmaceutical grade is a physical sun blocking agent that work primarily by reflectingscattering ultraviolet light. It has a broad range of effectiveness, covering UVB and UVA rays. It is stable in sunlight and can provide greater protection from UVA rays than titanium oxide or any other sunscreen chemical. Titanium dioxide and regular zinc oxide only blocks visible light wavelengths at 600 nm, whereas Zinc Oxide UV BP-1 and Zinc Oxide UV BP-2 block not at 600nm but also down to 380 – 400 nm, depending on the specific formulation.
