The PS-Triple has the same properties as the PS5060PMH but a higher capacity. PS unit is designed for hydraulic oils, but can clean almost any type of oil. It is used for pressurized systems or places where the cleaner unit is lower than the system to be cleaned. PS Triple is connected directly to the hydraulic system. This unit is used extensively for large systems such as Azipod, Thrusters and Stern Tube on board vessels and hydraulic central systems. The unit is highly accessible and can be used on any system where you have to collect the oil and return it back into the system.
The NP unit is designed for hydraulic and lubricating oils. Used on pressure free systems or placed higher than the system will purify. The NP has the ability to lift oil into the filter, but must have a gravity based return back to the tankoil reservoir. Water down to100 ppm (0.01%) and particles 1-3 microns. Hydraulic systems such as balers, compactors, ro-ro equipment. This is mounted on the IBC tank for cleaning oil, such as freezer compressor oil or other places where it is not possible to permanently install the unit, There are two sets of oil in attendance, one to use and one for purification; just select one of the two as needed.
The PS unit is designed for pressurized hydraulic and lubricating systems. This unit can be placed lower than the tank or return point. Marine Aluminium was the first, and is by far the most experienced manufacturer of aluminium gangways in the world. Marine Aluminium’s telescopic gangways are a very important offshore safety feature, and although the main purpose is personnel access between offshore installations, it can also be used to support utility transfer lines for fuel, mud, electricity and water. The gangways can be used to bridge between fixed and floating installations or between two floating installations. Red SG Chockfast Red SG is a three component, high strength, 100% solids epoxy grouting compound which is used to grout large machinery and to support soleplates in all types of foundation designs with clearances as little as 25mm (1"). Chockfast Red SG has extremely high physical properties and negligible shrinkage, making it ideal for final positioning of critically aligned equipment within close tolerances.
Black Pourable, two-component, deep-pour structural epoxy “chock” used to support and maintain permanent frame alignment under hot-running machinery; allows free flow of air between equipment and foundation to lower foundation temperatures and minimize upward thermal growth; virtually 100% effective bearing underneath supported equipment; normally poured in thickness’ of 1-14”—2-12”.
Highly flowable, two-component, thin pour “chock” designed to maintain proper alignment and support of machinery and equipment; able to withstand severe industrial environments with a high degree of both physical and thermal shock resistance.
For passenger vessels, accommodation installations & onboard waste management stations - The output after crushing is small fragments of crushed glass that can be directly recycled or for example used as drainage fillings. The waste is collected in the container in a "Big bag". The "big bag" is easily removed and deployed by rolling out the container and lift the bag out. The DT-200GC is especially suited for crushing glass bottles, jars and similar glass materials. It is delivered with a wheeled C-200 container with 0, 2m3 capacity & big bag solution. The outcome from the DT-200GC is small fragments of crushed glass, which is collected inside the belonging C-200 container.
The DT-230SR mini-shredder is designed for shredding different types of waste categories (mixed consumer waste, paper & cardboard, plastic bottles, aluminum cans, wood etc.). The shredder is delivered with a wheeled C-200 container with 0, 2m3 capacity & HD plastic bag solution (big bags also available). The DT-230SR will of course perform perfectly alone, but a combination of the DT-230SR shredder & DT-200MC waste compactor will give a unique and flexible system for waste handling onboard vessels and offshore rigs. Such combination will enable further compaction of the shredded material, because the DT-200MC & DT-230SR make use of the very same C-200 container.
The Delitek Green Ship® waste compactors are specially designed for use onboard all kind of ships and offshore installations. The DT-500MC multi-fraction waste compactor model is manufactured in stainless steel and specially suited for use within marine environments. i.e. vessels and offshore installations.
High capacity bale compactors for waste from packaging such as paper, carton (cardboard) and PVC materials. The Bale compactors share the same robust design as the other Delitek compactors. They are not limited to be placed indoors as they are designed to be placed outdoors. This is necessary especially if they are used in a corrosion aggressive environment such as in the fish-industry or onboard a vessel and other marine environments. These compactors have large capacity press chambers combined with a large loading hatch, which make it easy to deploy waste
Combined compactor for used oil filters and volume reducer for paint buckets. A powerful hydraulic compactor that completely empties the oil filters. The extracted waste oil from the filter is drained into a separate tank or barrel and delivered onshore. The DT-120C Oil-filter & bucket crusher is manufactured in stainless steel and specially suited for use within marine environments. (i.e. vessels and offshore installations) The DT-120C is a powerful oil-filter crusher that drains oil residues from used oil-filters completely. The oil that is extracted from the oil-filters is drained directly into a separate tank or barrel. Such oil-filters can thereafter be delivered onshore as ordinary metal or scrap iron. The DT120C is also perfectly suited for crushing paint buckets, cans and smaller types of drums.
