We have started manufacturing activity in the Emirates of Sharjah in the year 1992 with the worker strength of 60 nos. The main activity of company was to manufacture of basic Umbrellas. From the year 2000, we have also started manufacturing of Promotional (Golf & Beach) Umbrellas and our product are well accepted in the local as well as International Markets. During the year 2009,we have constructed own Factory premises with accomodation on the leased land from RAKIA at Al Jazeera Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah with the investment of AED 10 Million approx. Presently we are running our operation with the workers strength of 175 nos. Ours is the only factory in UAE which produce Umbrellas & Umbrella parts. The annual turnover is in the range of AED 45 Million and out of which 75% sales are from export of Umbrella and Umbrella Parts mainly to india. In addition to our manufacturing, we also import finished umbrellas to meet the demand of Local & International Market. Our Products well in demand beacause of quality and accepted in the market with the brand name of "HAPPY".
