Mediterranean is the name of our Premium Class Olive Oil, and is grown on family farms in the mountain areas of Mediterranean Spain. We carefully mix native varieties of Olive: Blanqueta, Alfafarenca, and Alberquina which creates intense fruity flavours with notes of green tomatoes, that are sour soft, fresh, and emerald green. We think our oil has a great personality, as a dense and very stable oil, with a long and sweet aftertaste. Our production process, of which we are very proud, is completely organic and natural, without any added chemicals. The collection of fruit and the selection of olives is done entirely by hand
