Torch On Membranes (TOM) are polymer modified membranes used as Bituminous Waterproofing for substructures and roofs. TOM’s are manufactured out of a mixture of bitumen and different polymers like APP (Atactic Poly Propylene) or SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) to influence cold temperature performance, elongation etc. and are coated onto a dimension stable reinforcement (Polyester or Glassfibre) to influence mechanical properties like tear-strength, puncture resistance, etc.

Polysulphide sealants are usually formulated as one- or two-component products which are based on sulfur-containing liquid polymers. Because of their excellent resistance to fuel and chemicals, Polysulphide Sealants are widely used for any kind of construction and expansion joints on usual construction sites, for airport construction, various aerospace applications, sewage plants and areas where high chemical properties and UV resistance are required.
