Flame retardants are compounds added to Foam to inhibit, suppress, or delay the production of flames to prevent the spread of fire. The market for flame retardant foam in furniture and mattresses is increasing due to rising safety standards worldwide.

HR foam is highest grade quality PU Foam delivering superior bounce, comfort, and durability. It has a better supporting factor and a better fatigue resistance with high Resilience compared to conventional foam. It does not de-shape or loose original property even after extensive use. It can be used both for cushioning and High Quality Bedding. At present this is available in 50 ± 2 Kg/ M3

Convoluted foam also is known as the Egg crate or acoustic foam. The distinctive “cone” shape provides four times more absorptive surface area than flat foam. And, it deflects and entraps sound waves within the material making this very acoustically efficient foam. It is usually used in mattresses as padding .

Quadura Foam manufactures a wide range of standard foam which is available in various qualities and sizes from densities ranging from 11 + 1 kg/ m3 to 47 + 2 kg/ m3.

These are foams with irregular large cells that resemble sea sponge. The cell structure can be adjusted from extra fine to extra-large depending on customer specifications. These types are applied as “sponges” in the cosmetics and household industries.

Flame lamination involves passing polyurethane foam through a controlled flame changing the surface of the foam to a molten state. Another substrate (textile or Rexene) is then brought into direct contact with the molten foam under controlled tension and pressure.     As the molten foam rapidly cools, a cohesive bond is formed at the interface between the foam and textile. Used in automotive soft trim interior materials such as automotive headliner, seating, door panel applications, orthopedic braces, sound attenuation materials and footwear components.
