Rubber valve seats are used in butterfly valves for sealing purpose. The material of the seal can be made from many different elastomers or polymers. The seat may be bonded to the body or it may be pressed or locked in.

The rubber stripes and profile are considered to be the most popular product in rubber extrusion production line. Profiles and stripes are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, rubber materials. We manufacture both solid and sponge types.
Profiles are used as sealing components with anti friction qualities for the smooth operation of windows and doors. These rubber profiles are extensively used in a vast range of diverse applications. These rubber profiles mainly serve as sealing components between the glass and aluminium sections .

Round rubber cords are a good alternative in areas where the sealing is not too aggressive or under very high pressure. These cords can be installed very easily in inaccessible work areas and can be joint on site with adequate adhesive. They provide sufficient resistance and elasticity in the sealing applications.

They have an alternate high low ribbed construction and are easy to cut pads. These pads can be cut to be slightly larger than the size of the leg or machine, using shears or knife. They are easy to install. The multiple layers of ribbed mounting pad can also be used to increase deflection.

Fix the metal backup plate on the wall by drilling 6 holes in a 'Z' format.(Diagonally opposite)
Fasten with GI screw and rawl plug M6 x 40 mm.
Slide the rubber profile over the fixed metal sheet to complete the fixing process.
