As part of the bespoke pre-wired service, Lucy Zodion can, if required, propose delivery options where the pillar shells are supplied separate from the equipped backboards to enable the first fix to occur without the valuable backboard being on site. The Design office is fully equipped with 3D CAD and electrical design software to facilitate a fast design service. All pre-wired solutions are built in-house and each system is fully checked, tested and certified to the relevant standards before it leaves the factory.

With its low body split line to maximise cabling access, the SLF is the simplest exponent of the single pole street lighting cut outs. Tough, engineering grade thermoplastics and fully electroplated brass componentry ensure that the SLF will have a long, reliable service life. Safety, as ever, is an important consideration, hence the cam operated fuse handle ensures that electrical disconnection takes place prior to the fuse carrier being extracted.

Lucy Zodion's premium high power 150W dimmable driver for LED street lights. The ZLED driver is designed for use either as a stand-alone unit or for integration into any WiMac or DALI central management systems. Access to the extended features of the ZLED driver is gained by connection to a WiMac DALI CMS. Avaliable in standard options of 350mA, 500mA and 700mA. Standard form factor design permits easy fitment within a large range of street lanterns

There is a simple migration route from photocell controlled electronic control gear through to full CMS. By fitting the ZEDA range of drivers or the ZEBC range of ballasts you are assured of flexibility in control, without the need to change the ballast as your control needs develop! The ZEDA and ZEBC ranges provide enabled control. Lanterns can be simply configured with conventional photocells, and upgraded to part-night dimming or full CMS control at a later date. Whilst some rewiring will be required, the ballast can remain undisturbed and, dependent upon the gear-tray configuration, may not need to be touched beyond plugging a lead onto the Data Point cable from the ballast.

Lucy Zodion's latest innovation of in-ground Feeder Pillars packs a host of new features in an extremely robust structure. Power is accessible and readily available from ground to socket in seconds and, once completely erected, the tower is secure for prolonged outdoor use thanks to an IP67 rating and galvanised steel casing. When not required, the tower is easily folded away and discreetly secured in-ground with lock and key fastening. The Westminster range can be equipped with earth leakage and overload protection devices to ensure high operator safety levels and is therefore ideal for supplying temporary power to markets, shopping centres and airports.

The troughs featured are specifically designed to enhance the versatility of the Lucy Zodion Cutout and Isolator ranges, providing solutions for even the most onerous cabling situations. Manufactured from the same high performance thermoplastics as the fuse unit, the extension troughs can be fitted with a variety of terminations including insulated terminal blocks or stud terminals. Gland plates are available in either brass or insulated material to suit different earthing requirements.
