Zenith Rubber
has been in the forefront of manufacturing industrial rubber products since 1967. Today it enjoys the leadership status as the major exporter of quality rubber sheeting and flooring.
Zenith provides a variety of Anti-Skid Mats for multipurpose use. The primary objective is to provide a durable non-skid floor mat. While using flooring mats, slippage or creeping of floor mats has always been a problem in wet or dry applications. Our various anti-skid mats are the best solution for it. Our mats are excellent in shock absorption and slip resistance as well as providing improved walking comforts. Flooring mats with anti-skid ridges prevent slips & falls and come with a protective, non-stick finish to make cleaning quick and easy. These Mats are available in various compounds depending on their indented use.
Our quality and manufacturing procedures are strictly in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and ZENITHs extensive R&D facilities are available to investigate new products and materials, to meet the needs of our customers.

ZENA-SEAL (ZSWP100)is a water proofing membrane developed by Zenith Rubber. The rubber membrane has 100 % EPDM polymer content making it an ideal choice for the water-proofing of roofs, swimming pools, foundations for civil constructions, soak pits for animal feed, gobar gas plants, canals, etc. With a life that spans 20 years ZENA-SEAL (ZSW100) is the best choice for waterproofing applications.
ZENA-SEAL (ZSWP100)is produced in accordance to ASTM D4637 and ASTM 6134. The sheet conforms to all requirements for non-reinforced black EPDM rubber sheet for use in waterproofing applications.
ZENA-SEAL (ZSWP100)single ply black membranes are light weight and have exceptional long lasting elasticity permitting the materials to withstand Building movement, Expansion - Contraction of Building surfaces, High resistance to Ozone and weather as they are known as Crack-less Rubbers, Low Specific gravity - lightest among all rubbers, Widest Temperature range from - 50C to + 150C, Excellent Steam and Water Resistance.

Dura-Tranz provides maximum underfoot comfort with a high aesthetic appeal. It is more comfortable to walk on than other hard surface flooring. Dura-Tranz products also minimize the noise created by footsteps and wheeled traffic.
Dura-Tranz rubber flooring is highly slip retardant and can mitigate the risks of slips and falls in high traffic areas. It is recommended for floor coverings in areas such as ramps, restrooms and concourses. Due to its soft rubber base it acts like anti-fatigue flooring, making it the ideal choice for the transit industry.
Dura-Tranz requires less maintenance than most other flooring hard surface floorings and carpets. It is scratch resistant and can be cleaned easily with widely available cleaners. There is no need for waxing polishing or scrubbing.

Coated fabricsare flexible composite materials formed by applying bonding agents to either one or both sides of the fabric substrate and precisely coating it with different rubber compounds depending on the end application of the fabric. After the coating is cured it creates a strong bond between the rubber and the fabric. The final product after coating and curing is solid and flexible. It has a good stability and is washable, durable and much stronger than uncoated fabrics. Rubber coated fabrics are very close textured and therefore exhibit low permeation and diffusion. They can be electrically conductive and can also be weather, oil and temperature resistant.
Zenith offers rubber-coated fabrics with special characteristics. We manufacture various types of fabrics for different applications such as barrier protection, abrasion resistance, air retention and high strength to weight ratios, flex resistance and resistance to chemical gases and fuels. Zenith uses basic fabrics such as Cotton, Nylon, Polyester, glass, knits, silk, Kevlar. Fabrics of various blends are coated with Nitrile, Chloroprene, Silicon, NR/SBR, Butyl, Hypalon (CSM), EPDM & blended polymers for variety of applications in the fields of Insulation, Defense, aviation, marine and offshore operations.
ZRF fabrics are available from 0.3mm to 1.5mm thickness, 1.0 meter to 1.5 meter in width and in long lengths up to 100 meters. Zeniths expertise in compounding is due to its extensive research and development program. All coated fabrics are vigorously tested for specification given by the customer. With our extensive testing procedures and fully equipped lab we ensure that all fabrics meet the highest quality standards. Zenith is using solvent-based coating, which gives better results as far as adhesion is concerned. Zeniths large scale production capabilities and short development periods assures consistent quality and faster deliveries.
Zenith Rubber manufactures a comprehensive range of Rubber Sheets used for industrial, packing, gaskets, sealant and mining purpose. Our range of sheets include black and colored sheets with or without insertions having smooth or rough surfaces.
They are available in thickness from 0.5mm to 50mm and width up to 1.5 meters with a temperature range of -40 C to +400 C conforming to international standards. These are made from various type Polymers and their blends : Natural Rubber, SBR, BR, Neoprene Nitrile, EPDM, Butyl, Hypalon, Viton, Silicon rubber etc.
Our range of flooring includes Fine and Broad Ribs and Button Design in width ranging from 1.0 meter to 1.5 meters. They are available in various colors with lengths in multiples of 10 meters. Rubber flooring for Electrical Insulation up to 50, 000 volts is also available.

We also offer marble mats of various shades in continuous lengths of 10 meters and above for flooring. | Electrical Insulation Sheets |
| Zenith Rubber Industries Middle East L.L.C. is the only company in the middle east which produces Electrical Insulation sheets suitable for electrical resistance from 11, 000 volts to 50, 000. They are produced in accordance to British Specification BS 921 and Australian standard AS 2978. Zenith has calibrated equipment for inhouse testing of electrical sheets up to 50, 000 volts. Each and very meter is certified prior to shipment. |
