Generally coconut oil is extracted from Copra, world-wide. Our Premium Coconut Oil is extracted from the fresh mature coconuts and not from Copra. This manufacturing method gives PCO more or less the same quality of Virgin Coconut Oil. The texture and taste of PCO is totally varied and is more healthy than ordinary coconut oil. Benefits: The health claims for PCO are based on the properties of some of the fatty acid components. MCT (medium chain triglycerides) are absorbed directly from the gastro intestinal system and consumption of MCTs has been shown to increase energy expenditure and lead to greater losses of the adipose tissues in animals and humans. Lauric acid has antimicrobial properties.

DCP is produced from matured fresh coconuts as they have a higher % of fat. DCP contains 62% fat which is due to concentrated state and low moisture content. DCP is prominent for its macaroon quality and crispiness.This is widely used in baking biscuits, sweets, cakes and curry recipes etc.
