METALFAB can design and manufacture oil and gas manifold systems that are capable of diverting oil/gas without interrupting flow. Typically, these are operated to control flow lines from a separator to a burner (for disposal) and towards tanks for measurement or storage. These systems are also able to seamlessly divert flow in order to isolate test equipment for calibration or other purposes. Manifolds typically consist of a five valve arrangement on liquids or a two valve arrangement on gases. METALFAB fabricate these skid mounted or designed according to client specific requirements.
