The new 168, 000 square foot facility has resulted in the creation of six to eight new jobs by the company. The new facility will serve the needs of Neosho-based businesses, and is already fully leased. Haas Warehousing, Inc. provides both cold storage and warehousing services at multiple locations in Neosho, MO.

Master Pipeline, Network Facility Construction & Rebuild, Blendville Storage Building & Repairs, Hill Street Pump Replacement and RenovationsBranco has done several projects for Missouri American Water since 2008. Branco build their network facility in December 2008, but the 2011 Joplin tornado caused significant damage to some of Missouri American Waters facilities, including the network facility. Branco rebuilt the network facility, and also performed repairs to the treatment plant. Branco has also been responsible for the Hill Street pump replacement and renovations, and was also contracted for the master pipeline.

Bathhouse, Pool, Slides, and ParkingThe Nienhuis Park Aquatic Facility consists of a 10, 500 square foot main pool with competition lanes, zero entry, and diving area. Other features include: slides, play features, wading pool, bathhouse and support areas.

The Fairview Aquatic Center is a zero-entry competition pool with diving area, slide, wading pool and bathhouse. The City of Fairview was so pleased with its new pool that it gave Branco a personal thank you on its city marquee. This type of satisfaction is what Branco strives for on every project.

Branco has enjoyed a working relationship with EFCO over the past few years, and has become EFCOs go to contractor and first choice for facility maintenance.
