National Quarries produces a diverse range of construction aggregates to meet the needs of an increasingly technical industry. All of our construction materials are produced under an ISO 9000 quality regime, and are available direct from the quarry or delivered.

Quarried from the finest selected Gabbro, our broad range of aggregates are renowned for their consistency and quality.

Everything from large dry-stone walling material to fine aggregates is available in bulk and certain grades are also available as per specific customers' requirements

Our Sub Base, Road Base and Wet Mix Macadam consist of crushed aggregate which is used as a base layer for asphalt roads.
Our Sub Base and Road Base has high specific gravity and is durable and sound. Due to the high CBR value this material has an added advantage in the pavement design and helps reduce the pavement thickness. Our Wet Mix is produced in an automatic controlled mixing plant with total control of moistures.

Our Marine materials are classified into Armour Rock, Under Layer, Quarry Run and Crushed Rock. Marine Materials supplied from the crusher as per customer requirements are conforming to CIRIA CUR CETMEEF 2007, The Rock Manual C683, CIRIA, London and other International Standards

Improved Sub-Grade or Pervious Back Fill - Any course or courses of select or improved material between the foundation soil and the sub base is usually referred to as the improved sub grade. The improved sub grade can be made up of two or more courses of different quality materials aggregate.

National Quarries produces different types of improved sub-grade and capillary as per the standards of ASHTO.

We produce material in sizes of 0-10 mm, 10-20O mm and 20-100 mm for layer thickness of 180, 150, 100, 50 mm layer size as foundation to roads and better drainage layer.

Pipe Bedding Material or Drainage Material consist of crushed aggregate which provide the base to pipes, allows drainage and avoid the capillary action.

National Quarries produces clean and durable material with Compaction Factor less than 0.15 and suitable for all types of pipes like GRP, RC, UPVC. It acts as a good foundation for pipes, allows free drainage and avoids capillary action.

National Quarries Rip Rap comes in a variety of sizes. Rip Rap is most often used in shoreline protection, to stabilize streambanks, on slopes etc. Our Rip Rip is hard and angular and of such quality that it will not disintegrate on exposure to water or weathering.

We also offer caged riprap structures known as Gabions. Gabions are also used for channel linings, retaining walls, bridge abutments, shore and beach protection.

National Quarries supplies clean, quality coarse and fine dust and sand for a broad range of applications. The finest gradings produced in the aggregate crushing and screening process at the Crusher has an upper limit of 5, 3, 2 or 1 mm. The smallest fractions are less than 75 micron in diameter.

Sand is processed via dry screening to provide compliant material for concrete and asphalt. Sand from Saif Bin Darwish Crusher can also be blended with other quarry products to meet specific job requirements including filter media, bedding materials, pathways etc.
