Performance Levels:
We are engaged in supplying Brake Fluid (DOT-4). It is chemically balanced and engineered to obtain optimum performance and to provide maximum safety. It exceeds the performance requirements of FMVSS NO.116 DOT -4 specification and IS-8654 TYPE-II. This brake Fluid is synthetic fluid specially made for systems where fluid other than oil is recommended. It has a good vapour lock to ensure reliable and sturdy braking over a wide range of operating temperatures. It gives good braking performances even after prolonged exposure to humidity. The high boiling point minimizes vapour lock at high operating temperatures.

Tackifier is a high molecular weight poly olefinic polymer based tackifier.It imparts excellent tack or stringiness to the lubricating oils and greases. It helps in preventing spattering, dripping and wiping off from surface of the systems. Also it helps to restrict bleeding of lubricants or greases operated at high temperature & high speed due to high tackiness & lubricity. Due to its high level of Tackiness it binds oil molecule even at very high temperature which helps in reducing smoke level during hot processes mainly quenching type applications
Application:
Tackifier can be used in several industrial lubricants and greases like rust preventives, wire rope lubricants, cable jelly, chain oils, textile machine oils, rock drilling oils, open gear compounds and railroad greases etc.
Magnesium TBN Booster is effectively used as detergent and anti-rust additive. It is recommended for use at 0.5 to 2.0 % by weight or 0.38 to 1.52% by volume in suitable base stocks to provide detergency and anti-rust performance characteristics. Thiis chemical is employed with other oil additive component including dispersants, anti-wear agents, inhibitors and others to provide a totally-performing additive package.

Calcium TBN Booster is an additive primarily used in blending marine oil and high quality internal combustion engine oil, especially the engine oil for high-sulfur fuel. It is brown liquid. The recommended dosage is 0.5-25.0 %. We are engaged in supplying of Dispersant additives. Dispersant additives are an ash less succinimide lubricating dispersant oil additive with extended thermal stability. It generally finds application with corrosion and oxidation inhibitors and alkaline detergents in gasoline and diesel engine oils. It provides excellent low temperature sludge and varnish control in gasoline engines. The dispersant additive is also effective dispersancy for deposit control in both medium-speed and high temperature super-charged diesel engines.
Formulation for the dispersant additive recommended is 0.5% to 5.0% by weight and by volume too. The additive is used in combination with detergent and inhibitor chemicals in cranckase engine oils for improving lubricant dispersancy properties for engines operating under low and high temperature conditions.
Applications:

MoS2 is relatively unreactive, being unaffected by dilute acids and oxygen. In its appearance and feel, molybdenum disulfide is similar to graphite. Indeed, like graphite, it is widely used as a solid lubricant because of its low friction properties and robustness.
Applications:
Lubricant
MoS2 with particle sizes in the range of 1100 m is a common dry lubricant. Few alternatives exist that can confer the high lubricity and stability up to 350 C in oxidizing environments. Sliding friction tests of MoS2 using a pin on disc tester at low loads (0.12 N) give friction coefficient values of 0.1.
Molybdenum disulfide is often a component of blends and composites where low friction is sought. A variety of oils and greases are used, because they retain their lubricity even in cases of almost complete oil loss, thus finding a use in critical applications such as aircraft engines. When added toplastics, MoS2 forms a composite with improved strength as well as reduced friction. Polymers that have been filled with MoS2 include nylon (with the trade name Nylatron), Teflon, and Vespel. Self-lubricating composite coatings for high-temperature applications have been developed consisting of molybdenum disulfide and titanium nitride by chemical vapor deposition.
Examples of some diverse applications of MoS2-based lubricants include two-stroke engines (e.g., motorcycle engines), automotive CV and universal joints, ski waxes, and even somebullets.
Petroleum refining
MoS2 is employed as a catalyst for desulfurization in petroleum refineries; e.g., hydrodesulfurization. The effectiveness of the MoS2 catalysts is enhanced by doping with small amounts of cobalt or nickel and the intimate mixture is supported on alumina. Such catalysts are generated in situ by treating molybdate/cobalt or nickel-impregnated alumina with H2S or an equivalent reagent.
Electronics
Sheets of MoS2 can be produced using chemical vapor deposition. Unlike graphene, MoS2 has a bandgap, essential for making transistors. A switchable transistor based on single-layer MoS2has been described.

In industrial processes, foams pose serious problems. They cause defects on surface coatings. They prevent the efficient filling of containers. A variety of chemical formulae are available to prevent formation of foams.
Applications:
Detergents
Anti-foams are added in certain types of detergents to reduce foaming that might decrease the action of the detergent. For example dishwasher detergents have to be low foaming for the dishwasher to work properly.
Food
When used as an ingredient in food, antifoaming agents are intended to curb effusion or effervescence in preparation or serving. The agents are included in a variety of foods such aschicken nuggets in the form of polydimethylsiloxane (a type of silicone).
Silicone oil is also added to cooking oil to prevent foaming in deep-frying.
Industrial use
Defoamers are used in many industrial processes and products: wood pulp, paper, paint, industrial wastewater treatment, food processing, oil drilling, machine tool industry, oils cutting tools, hydraulics, etc.
Pharmaceuticals
Antifoaming agents are also sold commercially to relieve bloating. A familiar example is the drug Simethicone, which is the active ingredient in drugs such as Maalox, Mylanta, and Gas-X.

It can be successfully incorporated in Rust Preventive oils formulation to combat acid fume environment as well as Salty atmosphere protections.
Sodium Petroleum Sulphonates are unique materials because of their dual function as surfactants and rust inhibitors.
