Stabilizers are fairly short subs which have blades attached to external surface. By providing support for the BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) at certain points they can be used to control the trajectory of the well. The blades can be either straight or spiral in shape. Spiral blades can give 360 contact with the borehole.

orchid energy co hwdp(heavy weight drill pipe) is manufactured by a new wall-thick steel pipe. the two ends and middle of pipe have thickness joints and upsetting. have the function of drill collar and drill pipe. since the transition from the drill collar to the drill pipe, section drastic changes, bending stress concentration in this part of the drill pipe. therefore hwdp between drill collar and drill pipe can mitigate the section changes, reduce the stress concentration, so as to reduce the drilling accident. in addition, compared with the drill collar, hwdp have many advantages such as easy salvage , shorten tripping time, easy handling, have an effect on steady oblique. in condition of hook load and same drilling pressure, hwdp can improve the ability of deep drilling rig. hwdp has been widely used in vertical and inclined well.

The Universal Bottom Hole Orientation (UBHO) Sub is manufactured from high quality AISI 4145-modified fully heattreated alloy steel or non magnetic material like P530, P550 to provide a non magnetic environment for drill string.

The UBHO sub is used in a directional drilling BHA. The UBHO is often referred to as a mule shoe sub. Couplings are short lengths of pipe used to connect with tubing or casing. They come with painted color codes on their external surface to indicate their steel grades. Couplings are manufactured according to API 5CT and 5B specifications.
