The heat exchanger construction gives a vast heat transfer surface area, consisting of a densely populated multi-tubular bundle, secured by the uniquely designed polyamiderubber tube sheet.
The heat exchanger shell is constructed from BS 316L Stainless Steel enclosed by a rigid thermal shell for enhanced insulation of the primary (HOT) water, enabling even greater heat transfer; this is capped at each end with primary and secondary moulded fittings manufactured from specially formulated polymer alloy material.
The standard G2 heat exchanger is supplied complete with:
2 x 1 male/male Brass Primary connections.
1 x 1 Non-Return Valve.
Titanium thermostat pocket.
1 x Blanking Cap and Gasket (for non-thermostat side).
The G2 Heat Exchanger has been designed to allow the installation engineer to select which way to plumb the primary and secondary water to achieve maximum thermal gain; this is achieved by routing the primary flow in an opposing direction to the secondary (POOL) water.
The G2 heat exchanger is installed in the pool filtration circuit from which water passes through the tube side of the exchanger. Water from the primary heating circuit flows counter-current through the shell side of the exchanger, heating the swimming pool water. Ideal for use with gas or oil fired boiler circuits, solar panels, heat pumps or chillers.

Primary 1 BSP male (brass fittings supplied).

The body of the pump is made of the latest generation thermoplastics. The pumps are self-priming and range from 3/4 Hp up to 2 Hp, and are provided with both single-phase and three-phase motors. A pre-filter has been integrated into the body of the pump to prevent the entry of any foreign bodies which could cause damage to the hydraulic parts of the pump.
The motors supplied with the motor pump unit have been protected with IP-55 protection and are adapted to withstand hot atmospheres and high humidity levels

Cast in BS-EN-1561-1997-ENGJL-200 iron, with a heavy fusion bonded epoxy coating impervious to chemically treated pool water, constructed in accordance with British Patent 2.092, 282 Design pressure of 35psi (2.46kg/cm2) with 3/4 safety valve(s) set to operate at the maximum normal working pressure of 30psi (2.1kg/cm2) giving protection to both the heater and and the installation as a whole against over pressure. A 1/2 drain valve at the lowest point allows the heater to be left empty in winter. Flow connections consist of easily removable uPVC stub flanges into which the pipes may be fitted using suitable adhesive, as the flanges can be released easily from the heater no unions are required, nor is any form of heat sink needed. Flow direction is from left to right, but may be reversed quite simply on site following the installation instructions.

Monobloc horizontal centrifugal pumps with a horizontal volute and a attached pre-filter with an stainless steel AISI-304 basket. Appropiate for public swimming pools and clean liquid recirculation. 1450 r.p.m. high performance pumps with the body, impeller, pre-filter and bracket manufactured in cast iron. The shaft is made of stainless steel AISI-316 with bronze protection, and the mechanic seal is made of stainless steel AISI-316. The motor holds an IP-54 protection. The gamma ranges from triphasic 3 HP to 25 HP motors. Such motors have a 230/400/690V 50Hz working voltage (60 hz could also be supplied). Hub by flange according to DIN-2501 regulation.
