Cast polyamide are partially crystalline thermoplastic which is produced by means of anionic polymerization of the raw material Caprolactam. In pressureless casting process the liquid monomer is polymerised via a controlled chemical reaction directly to a semi-finished product. Cast polyamides show a number of advantageous qualities when compared to those of extrusion manufacture.

The wear resistance and sliding properties of PET-Tef (oftenly called PET-G) have been improved compared to pure PET by adding special, homogeneously distributed solid Teflon (PTFE) as lubricating agent.
The polyethylene Terapthalate semi-finished products that we offer are manufactured from semi-crystalline types in an extrusion process.

We manufacture Nylon Sheets that is produced by anionic polymerization of lactams by casting process. Cast Nylon Sheets are offered in a range of thicknesses between 8mm 100mm in sizes: 300mm x 300mm, 1000mm x 1000mm, 1000mm x 500mm, 1000mm x 2000mm and bigger plates. Many grades with additives and fillers are produced as per application orientation. Specific colors are offered clearly defining the grades, as natural cream ivory gold color as plain unfilled, UV stabilized grade in black color, self-lubricating grade in green color, Molybdenum Disulphide (MoS2) filled in grayish black color, heat stabilized mono-cast (MC) Nylon in blue color (especially developed for Japanese market) and Yellow color Nylon sheets for high impact applications. Any other colors can be produced as per application demand. These Nylon sheets are supplied as stock shapes, cut-to-size blocks, base plates pallets, flat strips, semi-finished profiles and finished machined components.

Nylon (PA 6) is highly shock resistant and is also resistant to abrasion, although less so than extruded PA-66 Nylon-66 or melted polyamides. The characteristics of the single types of Polyamides are not very different.
Nylon-6 is the best known extruded polyamide and offers a combination of all typical polyamide material properties. Furthermore, because of the manufacturing process, only a limited size range and unit weight can be produced. This restricts the design possibilities of the user.

We offer commodity thermoplastic sheets used for commercial and industrial applications. These sheets are produced by Extrusion Compression Moulding. These are thermo-formable sheets used for Vacuum Forming, tank lining, fabricating machined parts, etc. We can offer plain, one side fabric lined embossed surface, sand matt finished sheets, one side cross-lining and many more surface finishes of Polypropylene sheets. Thin Sheets are offered from 0.2mm to bigger thicknesses upto 100mm. Sheets are supplied in cut-size plates blocks, boards, coils calendared rolls. Natural white, semi-transparent and opaque colored sheets are offered.

PERFECAST NYLON-6 also called Mono-Cast Nylon-6 Cast Nylon-6 Cast Polyamide PA-6-G shows a number of advantageous qualities when compared to those of extrusion grades manufactured. PERFECAST NYLON-6 (PA-6-G) offers excellent properties like high strength-to-weight ratio, good chemical and thermal stability and durability.

Polyacetal - POM (PolyOxyMethylene) is a high crystalline thermoplastic with a high level of stability and rigidity as well as good sliding properties and wear resistance with a low level of moisture absorption. Its good dimensional stability, exceptional fatigue resistance and excellent machining properties make Polyacetal a versatile design material also for complex components. It satisfies high surface finish requirements and offer better surface hardness, toughness and excellent solvent and gasoline resistance.
