The range of ACS self-climbing variants for facades, building cores, shaft structures as well as inclined bridge pylons make the construction of high concrete structures extremely fast, cost-effective and safe. The climbing units comprising wall formwork and platforms are moved from floor to floor by means of integrated hydraulic systems. The efficient sequence of operations facilitate a very high level of productivity and exceptionally short cycle times. Simultaneous climbing of several climbing units ensures fewer leading edges thus resulting in increased workplace safety.

CB Climbing Formwork is normally used for supporting large-sized, anchored wall formwork. The climbing unit consists of formwork, working platform, brackets with formwork carriage and strongbacks as well as fi nishing platform. It can be moved very quickly by crane.

The DUO system formwork is characterized by its low weight and extremely simple handling. Not only the material used is very innovative, but also the entire concept: with a minimal number of different system components, walls, columns and slabs can be easily and efficiently formed with only a minimal number of different system components. DUO is the optimal solution for small-sized components with lower surface requirements as well as for restoration work where no crane can be used.
Besides the panels including the formlining, most DUO accessories are made of the new innovative composite material with a polymer basis. This material is extremely light and, at the same time, has a high load-bearing capacity.
Apart from the material, the developers focused on ensuring that the formwork system was easy to handle. Almost all operations with DUO can be carried out without tools, and the working steps are easy to understand. Even less experienced users of system formwork can work quickly and efficiently with DUO. The fact that the majority of system components can be used for walls, columns and slabs additionally increases the performance. Last but not least, DUO reduces noise pollution on the construction site an important aspect, for example, on inner-city construction sites.

The core veneer construction of the EucaFilm plywood panel consists of eucalyptus. The poplar face veneers are coated of approximately 200g/m film on both sides. Mostly used as loose formwork panel, the EucaFilm plywood is low-price imported plywood with WBP-bonding.
With its low individual panel weights and simple frame construction of the panels, LICO is ideal for assembling and dismantling by hand. This column formwork is the right choice if lower surface requirements are to be fulfilled and when the emphasis lies on economic efficiency.

The main components of the MULTIFLEX are the VT 20K or GT 24 Formwork Girders. As the main and cross beams, their position and spacing as well as the formlining can be freely selected, MULTIFLEX provides maximum flexibility for a wide range of requirements. If the high load-bearing GT24 Formwork Girders are used, large spans for the main and cross beams can be realized. MULTIFLEX is therefore the ideal solution for complicated ground plans, slabs with offsets
or integrated downstand beams, as well as forming operations in confined spaces.

SKYTABLE is the ideal solution for the forming of large slab areas. For buildings with open facades, areas of up to 150 m can be formed with this large-sized slab table. SKYTABLE operations are always project-specifically planned. The dimensions are in accordance with the building geometry and are only limited by the maximum dead weight of the table. With the remote-controlled lifting mechanism, SKYTABLE can be quickly and safely moved to other storeys.

The focus of the universal TRIO Wall Formwork is on ensuring simple shuttering procedures and reduced shuttering times. Standard panels have only 6 different widths which allows easy handling and efficient logistics. With the BFD Coupler for all connections as well as many other practical system solutions, TRIO has successfully proven itself in countless projects around the world.
TRIO is very versatile and efficient in its use - from residential construction and multi-storey structures through to applications in infrastructure projects. This ensures a high degree of utilisation and thus the cost-effectiveness of the system. Variants of the panel formwork, e.g. the aluminum version or for special surfaces, expands the range of applications. The closed panel profiles of the TRIO provide high torsional stability. The excellent product quality guarantees a long service life. For all applications, TRIO fulfils the highest requirements regarding the evenness.

With VARIOKIT system components, cost-effective tunnel formwork carriages can be realized which are precisely adapted to meet the needs of the respective jobsite. Requirements such as drive-through openings for trucks or single-sided wall formwork are easily fulfilled. PERI UP Easy is a "lightweight" among the steel facade scaffolding systems and stands for quick and simple assembly. As the guardrail of the next scaffolding level is mounted from the lower level with the Easy Frame, PERI UP Easy also provides a high level of safety in the system. Through the integrated scaffold nodes on the Easy Frame, PERI UP Easy can be combined with PERI UP Flex Modular Scaffolding.
The PERI UP Easy system width is 67cm (for Width Class W06) and 100cm (for Width Class W09) respectively. For the 67cm system width, a one-piece combi-deck is available; alternatively, 33cm wide steel decks can be used. For the 100cm wide frame, 25cm decks from the PERI UP Flex modular scaffolding system can also be installed.
All PERI UP decks have integrated protection against lifting. This is not only fast and safe but also allows subsequent opening and closing of individual scaffolding bays, e.g. for transporting materials.
Assembly of the basic structure takes place virtually without couplers whilst the Easy quick anchoring system also reduces assembly times. Numerous well-considered details, such as the execution of the external and internal corners with very few individual components, make PERI UP Easy fast and highly efficient.
In addition, assembly of the PERI UP Easy is a very safe procedure: due to the assembly logic with the Easy Frame, the scaffolder is secured against falling without requiring rope protection when assembling the basic structure.
