Prismo Gulf Paint Industries (PGPI) is a UAE registered company for the manufacture of Thermoplastic Road Marking Paints for the GCC countries in particular and the Middle East in general. PGPI being a sister of PGE (Prismo Gulf Est.) is in a unique position to benefit from 35 years of hands-on-technical experience on all matters relating to handling and application of Road Marking Paints. The scope of exposure also covers Paint formula fundamentals and material testing for several types of Thermoplastic Paints. Armed by the valuable knowledge and experience acquired from Prismo Gulf Est., the extensive manufacturing facilities of its sister concerns, and the strong support of its principles, PGPI was able to become, in record time, a leading manufacturer of thermoplastic marking paints. To achieve complete customer satisfaction, PGPI identified quality control criteria and set out necessary testing procedures to check and control the inflow of raw materials to international standards. Raw materials shipped by approved suppliers are thoroughly tested to ensure adherence to specifications before they are put into the line of production. By the same measure samples regularly taken from every batch of finished Thermoplastic Paint are thoroughly tested to the specified Standards. This stringent quality control system is further reinforced by sending random samples of the finished products to accredited independent laboratories to uphold the testing procedures and quality control policy.
