We are the largest PET Preform manufacturer in MENA region converting over 70, 000 MT of PET per annum equivalent to approximately 3.5 billion preforms rolled out of 28 PET lines from Husky, Germany. Our Preform portfolio offer an array of Weight and Neck Finish options from 7.9-90 gm for customers to have maximum flexibility in selection process and to achieve optimum compatibility with the bottle design. Our state of the art tool room facility include several CNC machines like Milling, Grinding, Wire Cutting, ECM, EDM and the likes that works as support system to our Mold Maintenance Department. This facility is also used to cut new low cavity molds or for prototyping whenever new molds are to be developed.

Latest technology third generation converting machines are employed to produce wide range of disposables used in household use, tourism and catering industry. World class European machines with fully automated packing system on every line ensure purity in every pack of disposables. PE Stretch wrap film (Pallet wrap film) is produced on latest high speed cast lines from Austria with a capacity of 50, 000 MT p.a. Our special 5-layer formulation provides: Improved stiffness Improved tear performance Lower haze Enhanced puncture resistance By using special resins like High Alpha Olefin (HAO), we are able to offer superior performance benefits like: Reduced film thickness: Down gauging of upto 20% possible resulting in higher film yieldkg of film used. Higher toughness: Eliminate multiple wraps while assuring secure loads during transit. Improved stiffnessstretch resistance: prevention of re-stretch on the pallet securing heavy loads and high film wrap force. High Cling force: Propylene based elastomers are used to improve cling performance for tailor made applications. We offer various formats of Stretch film rolls like Jumbo rolls, Machine grade-Standard, Machine grade- Super Power Stretch & Hand Grade film rolls in thickness ranging 15-40 micron and roll width ranging from 0.5m – 1.5m.

Polycarbonate (PC) is an amorphous high molecular engineering plastic sourced only from the top two European suppliers. The first bottles were rolled out as early as in the year 1999 to be the first to introduce PC bottles in this region. With a capacity of over 1.5mil bottlesyear, we are the largest 5 gal bottle manufacturer in the region. PC bottles are durable, can go through over 100 refilling cycles and are light weight. The material fulfills all requirements placed on Polycarbonate for food contact applications worldwide.
