Protection from the impact of harmful and dangerous external environment in extreme situations.


The apparatus is designed to be functional under extreme physical exertion and conditions for at least 6 minutes, for 20 minutes under moderate conditions, and up to 60 minutes within stand-by zones.


The operating temperature range is -10 C to + 60 C.


Self-contained self-rescuer SPE-20 E does not draw oxygen from the external environment, but stores it inside the device in a chemically bound form making the apparatus a closed-circuit breathing system.
