ZINSER 1211 - cantilever machine for oxygen and plasma cutting The flame cutting machine ZINSER 1211 disposes of a coordinate drive, DC-permanent tacho motors and actuation by means of racks and pinions. Electrically controlled magnetic clutches permit an easy and quick shifting of the machine manually. The operator aisle which has an extent of the whole machine length enables a convenient access to the central control panel and to the cutting table. The drawings to be traced can be fixed very easily on the moveable sheet steel tracing table by means of magnets. Series 700-Grabs for Tilting Coils in the Air   The 700 series is a range of GRABS specifically designed and studied for aerial tilting of coils with a hole in a vertical axis to one in the horizontal axis and vice versa, serving annealing furnaces, inter-ports and marine docks. Their operation may be mechanical, electro-mechanical or electro-hydraulic. All this equipment is fitted wit safety devices to maintain the grip on the coils, even in the event of electrical power failure. They can be supplied with various options to limit machine and material damage and to facilitate – and thus speed up – the handling operations.

KOMPAKT Laser   The CNC machine Vanad KOMPAKT Laser enables extremely precise, fast and highly efficient thermal cutting of materials. Its design makes it suitable for use in small, medium-sized and large operations or for pre-production series. The focused beam of the fiber laser cuts metallic and non-metallic materials of ordinary formats. Thanks to minimal kerf and low heat influence of material, the highly focused laser beam allows for the common line cutting of the material.
