We offer and supplies jumbo bags with different lifting options, filling options and discharging options. Jumbo Bags  (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container – FIBC) an efficient andeconomical way of packing powdered or granular bulk material. These Jumbo Bags are also known as Big Bags/Bulk Bags/Tote Bags, and come in various sizes & shapes according to the Quantity and Bulk Density of the material desired to be filled in. The normal capacity of FIBC varies from 500kg to 2.5tons. Various design options are available in the Jumbo Bags in different combinations, according to the customized needs of the customers of Jumbo Bags.

STARLINK manufactures a range of Blow Moulded Plastic Packages made of HDPE for packing Lubricants, Edible Oil, Chemicals, etc. The range of products produced currently is of volumes from 250 ml to 30 liters. These packs are blow moulded using first quality PE suitable for the harsh conditions of the region, on modern Blow Moulding machines with the latest PLC controls and Parson Programming for Wall Thickness control , using very high quality Blow Moulds. High Quality Master Batches are used in production. Only clean scrap and regrind is reworked at each machine by a closed loop system, but no post-consumer regrind is used. The packs are 100% leak tested and undergo extensive quality tests during and after manufacture, and can be decorated with customer’s Self Adhesive Labels or Screen Printed to Customer’s designs in multiple colors. The Closures for the packs are Injection Moulded in-house and can be fitted with customer’s Induction Heat Seal wads, if required

Intermediate Bulk Containers These industrial standard tanks are suitable for a multitude of liquid uses. Excellent stability for stacking. The 820 and 1000 litre IBC – High density Polyethylene (HDPE) is in a wire cage, on a plastic/ wooden pallet. Variety of Fittings available from stock. Corner guards are made of polyethelene. The tank material is suitable for all classes of liquid foods. We have stocks of new, reconditioned and recycled IBCs. Valve:  2″ NPT valve is standard; 3″ NPT, European threaded, and “camlock” valves are also available.

Higher and more stable filtration velocity, less clopping up possibility than conventional. Filter cake can be easily released. The fabric in with great dimension stability and non flexible. New model filter cloth has high air permeability. Its service lift and filter capacity is 10 times higher than conventional filter cloth made of multifilament and staple fibers. It especially adapts to continuous production environment such as alumina, phosphate fertilizer, cement, smelting, and chemical industries. New model high efficient filter cloth can widely increase the productivity and reduce the intensity of work because its great specialties.
