Techno Futura has the expertise to thermally and mechanically design and fabricate shell and tube heat exchangers as per the customer supplied process data and mechanical and metallurgical requirements for the refining, petrochemical, and gas processing industries. We offer design and fabrication of heat exchangers in accordance with ASME & TEMA Standards. Our streamlined design process for the heat exchangers relies on a combination of advanced modeling and analysis software, and hundreds of man-years of experience. With extensive design and manufacturing capabilities, exchangers and products transition smoothly from design, through prototyping to production.   SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER Shell and Tube design is one of the most common types of exchangers used in heat transfer. DESIGN CAPABILITY Techno Futura provides new designs with full thermal design or can check the customer provided designs and fabricate as per industrial requirements. We provide complete solution in design and fabrication of shell and tube type heat exchangers. Designs are made using licensed software from HTRI for thermal design sizing and PV-elite for mechanical strength calculation. Our design consultant utilizes HTRI thermal and vibration software for rating/sizing of heat exchangers as well as RCS and AUTOCAD design software. FABRICATION Our manufacturing facility is capable of fabricating either on a routine or on emergency basis, shell and tube heat exchangers, replacement of tube bundles, shells, shell covers, floating heads, covers and gaskets etc. Tubular Exchangers Manufacturers Association (TEMA) sized exchangers made from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and any other materials as required by customers. TESTING Whether testing to low or high pressures, we can comply with customers hydro test requirements by deploying appropriate test equipment. REPAIR With our world-class engineering, design, machining and welding technology, we can repair or replace any heat exchanger component. All type of materials, we can machine it, build it, weld it, repair it or replace it.

Techno Futura is well experienced in design, analysis and re-rating of storage tanks used in refineries, chemical plants, power plants, nuclear plants and other processing facilities. State of the art equipment is in use everywhere at Techno Futura factory. Capabilities range from automatic welding machines capable of performing multiple welding processes to fully qualified and trained welders. Precise cuts are controlled through the use of Computer Numerical Controlled burning tables and precise welding control is achieved with automated welding equipment. Even continuous or intermittent stitch welds on fillet joints are controlled through the use of automated welding machines.   DESIGN CAPABILITIES Our success is attributed to our exceptionally service-oriented staffs who are dedicated to providing quality products and efficient service with a second to none safety program. Some of the capabilities of Techno Futura in the area of storage tanks are design, analysis and rerating of large Storage Tanks and low pressure Storage Tanks, Maximum fill height calculation, Fitness-for-service evaluations, Calculations and recommendations for repairs, alterations or replacement of existing storage tanks and storage tank components. FABRICATION We have a full fledge facility for fabrication and production of all bottom tank plates, annular plates and roof plates, structure, nozzles, appurtenances, ladders, platforms etc prior to transportation and installation. TESTING Complementing the full range of welding capabilities are a complete range of non-destructive examination capabilities outsourced from reputed NDT companies. Weld examinations can include visual, liquid Penetrant, magnetic particle and radiography to provide high quality construction without concern of possible rework. ERECTION We have a dedicated team of engineers who are specialized in erection of huge diameter tanks from soil investigation, civil foundation works, installation and erection of tank inclusive of piping work, related electrical and instrumentation work, painting and epoxy coating etc. REPAIR Techno Futura Provides tank repair and maintenance services, including bottom plate replacements, shell repairs, fixed and floating roof repairs and replacements, tank re-leveling, fittings and appurtenances, special design and engineering work, as well specialty fabrication and construction project work.

Techno Futura can rapidly respond to requirements for Pipe Spool fabrication by means of taking a flexible approach to fabrication and works closely with the engineer/ end user to meet any specific pipe spool delivery priorities. We can design, fabricate, test, certify and upgrade piping to meet the standards such as ASME B31.1, B31.3 & B31.8. We have the capacity to handle large contracts for piping, piping assembly and pipe spool fabrication. Most Fabricated Pipe Spool orders start with Isometric piping layout drawings furnished by customers. We have the capability of analyzing piping systems utilizing Coade’s Caesar II Pipe Stress Analysis software. MATERIAL SOURCING: We have well researched database of suppliers who are prequalified with major oil & gas customers, from whom we can source all type of materials required for piping. FABRICATION: We employ automatic cutting, automatic beveling & fabrication of piping systems as well as post weld heat treatment as required for your projects. We have developed and qualified the welding procedures for all types of steels such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, high strength low alloy steel, inconel, hastelloy etc. under the guidance and supervision of our metallurgical, mechanical and welding engineers. We implement continual improvement program with a motto to achieve “Zero Repair” on our welding that has been enthusiastically endorsed by all of our Welding Team. The program emphasizes control of all welding processes to approved welding procedures and assuring the highest quality and consistent welding results. TESTING & COATING: We have high pressure testing infrastructure including pressure pumps, manifolds and test instruments. We have a fully developed paint yard to provide the painting / coating services for the piping spools.

Techno Futura manufactures complete line of engineered equipment for the pipeline construction industry. We have qualified welding procedures and welders for all the commonly used materials & thicknesses for the manufacture of pipeline equipment. We have a full time QA/QC team to ensure that the fabrication and welding are as per international standards as well as the specific requirements of individual clients. We can fabricate the following pipe line equipment: Pig Launcher and Receiver Split Tees & Split Sleeves Online leak Sealing Clamps Pipe Racks and Supports PIG LAUNCHER AND RECEIVER To complement our range of supply of process equipment, we have the in-house engineering, manufacturing and testing capacity to produce pig launching and receiving equipment of any sizes. Pig Launcher & Pig Receivers comes with the standard type pig signal indicator, quick opening end closure and nozzles. This includes simple barrel launchers and receivers through to complete skid mounted units that include actuated valves, instrumentation, pig signallers & control systems. SPLIT TEE & SPLIT SLEEVES We can design and fabricate hot tap fittings- split tees and split sleeves. We use pressure vessel grade materials for these fittings, to match with the strength requirements of existing pipelines. PIPE RACKS AND SUPPORTS We have complete fabrication capabilities to handle the lightest and heaviest of materials possible for pipe racks and supports, access platforms, ladders and any other general fabrication needs. DESIGN CAPABILITY Techno Futura engage highly qualified technical consultants for all design phases associated with pipeline equipment and structural steel works. Our team of experts in this field will propose appropriate instrument and equipment (like motorized valves, strainers, control valves, piping materials, pressure and temperature instruments, electrical item etc) required for the metering skid package. PRESSURE REDUCTION SKIDS • Compact structure, the equipment can be supplied in a skid-mounted mode or divided into several modules. • Adopting optimal flow design, automatic switching between the master line and slave line can be realized, ensuring continuous gas supply and high reliability in the downstream. • According to the user’s requirements the following functions can be added: Noise elimination, Monitoring, Telemetering/Remote control, SCADA system and Heat tracing etc. • Insulation joints are installed in the inlet and outlet to protect the underground gas pipeline

Techno Futura manufactures a wide range of pressure vessels, each custom built to fulfill code and client’s individual requirements for both onshore and offshore use. Our approach on engineering of pressure vessels is solution-based, drawing on our extensive experience in the process engineering. We have certificates of authorization for the use of ASME’s Code Symbols – “U”, “U2”, “S”, “A” and “PP” for new construction and the National Board’s “R” symbol for alterations and repairs at both shop as well as at field sites. Pressure Vessels have been produced with different type of materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steels (including Duplex alloys), Nickel & Nickel Alloys (including hastelloy, Inconel, monel) and Cladding of specified materials.   We have the expertise and necessary infrastructure to manufacture pressure vessels of various types such as: Reactor Vessels Columns / Evaporators Filters / Separators Surge & Knock Out Vessels DESIGN CAPABILITIES We can provide complete design and analysis of pressure vessels including Div. 2 design and stress reports, fatigue analysis, pipe stress analysis and finite element analysis either in-house or by engaging reputed design consultants. Conceptual design and process data provided by the Customer are detailed using PV Elite software and the shop drawings / design calculations are developed to ensure that all code requirements are met. Design for vessel internals (tube sheets etc) are also developed to suit customer requirements. FABRICATION Whether your projects are large or small, we welcome the challenge of your fabrication needs. From flame cutting, plate rolling, welding, heat treating, machining, assembly, hydrotesting to protective coatings, our full line capabilities ensure that any specific fabrication requirements of individual customers are met time and again. Four (4) pyramid and pinch plate rolls can roll plate up to 40 mm thick and 3mtr width. We deploy all the latest and advanced welding techniques including SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW & Submerged Arc Welding. Heat Treatment of pressure vessels are arranged by engaging third party agencies at our shop site. TESTING We have an independent quality team to implement pre-agreed hold points as well as it initiates the in-process and final inspections so that all requirements of the code are met or exceeded. We engage reputed third party inspection companies to provide the NDT services. REPAIR We have a dedicated and experienced team for carrying out inspection as well as repair of existing pressure vessels at field locations. Re-conditioning works on in-service equipment can also be executed by implementing customized solutions.
