Palm Olein is one of the most popular frying oils and also finds extensive application in manufacture of margarine, shortening, ghee, condensed milk, soaps etc. It is the liquid fraction obtained by fractionation of palm oil after crystallization at controlled temperatures. The process commences with the milling of fresh fruit bunches and includes refining activities such as degumming, bleaching, distillation and deodorization. Our fully-integrated manufacturing facility located strategically near the Malaysian port has a capacity to process 60, 000 MT. The factory employs skilled man-power and plastic technologists. The state-of-the-art machinery in the factory includes PLC controlled volumetric fillers, Blow moulding and Injection moulding machines. The products undergo stringent quality control tests like drop load test for jerry cans, quality analysis to meet international standards.

Sweetened Condensed milk is widely used as an additive for beverages like tea and coffee and also in the preparation of other foods. This product is suitable for countries where refrigerated distribution facilities are not available. ROSA condensed milk is prepared from the best dairy cow's milk, refined sugar, milk fat and vegetable oil. It is fortified with Vitamins A, D and B1. It is manufactured by processing heat treated milk along with sugar in an evaporator where it gets concentrated. The high sugar concentration in sweetened condensed milk destroys a majority of the micro-organisms. The product is then cooled in such a way that lactose forms very small crystals in the supersaturated solution. After cooling and crystallization, the sweetened condensed milk is packed in pre-sterilised cans. The cans are subsequently packed in wrap around cartons used automatic high speed carton sealing machinery.

Electric Resistance Welded sections (ERW) refers to cold-formed welded steel tubes used in construction of buildings, bridges, furniture, shelf, machinery & automotive applications. These sections are available in square, rectangular and round shapes depending on requirement. ERW sections are produced either from HR or CR coils depending on the thickness & surface finish requirements. These sections have excellent strength to weight ratios. Galvanized Pipes Pipes manufactured by Electric resistance welding are coated with zinc in a molten bath to provide corrosion resistance. These pipes are available in plain ends or as screwed & socketed. Fittings for this type of pipe are of galvanized malleable (soft) cast iron. Galvanized pipes are available in diameters from 12" with wall thickness as per BS 1367

Tomato paste is an important food item in many households and is used along with dishes like spaghetti, noodles, rice etc. The manufacturing process of tomato paste includes the selection of the finest tomatoes, followed by a mechanized sorting process. The tomato is then processed using a hot or a cold break operation and screened before being taken to an evaporator. The concentrated tomato paste is sterilized to remove the presence of harmful micro-organisms and flash cooled before being packed into cans. ROSA tomato paste is produced in state-of-the-art facilities with tomatoes from the world's famous tomato growing area - Naples, Italy. Rosa is well known for its dark red, consistent thick quality and rich taste which is achieved by stringent quality control during production.

Tubes and Flaps are an integral part of a conventional tube type tyre. The tube which holds the compressed air was earlier made of Natural Rubber; however these are currently produced in Butyl rubber which has better properties like impermeability to oxygen, flexing and toughness. Flaps are made of natural rubber which helps in preventing chafing of tube over rim. Our Tube and Flap plant located in India is fully equipped with all modern machinery & testing facilities and is managed by team of professionals. The plant is ISO 9001: 2000 certified and produces the entire range of Butyl Tubes and flaps conforming to Indian International standards. These tubes are designed to withstand sever heat and overload condition ensuring a longer life of the tyre.

Cotton yarn is made from the world's finest cottons like Pima, Giza or finer Indian and Pakistani cottons as per customer preference. Fibre contamination removal is carried out at the blow room stage by 'Vision shield' from Rieter and 'Lobtex' from Crosrol. Yarns are then spun in combinations of spinning machinery like 'Reiter' 'Trutzschler' 'Toyota' and 'Crosrol' lines. High speed cards and combers ensure best quality yarns satisfying 'Uster 5%' level of quality. Finished yarns are electronically cleared by automatic winders like 'Schlaforst Autoconers' and 'Murata' Yarns are conditioned before packing by conditioning equipments like 'Xorella' of Switzerland. Radial tyres are produced at a dedicated tyre facility in China. The range in this type covers both tubeless & tube type truck & bus (TBR) tyres. Black Annealed wires are fully soft steel wires produced from high-quality low carbon raw materials through wire drawing and annealing process. The finished products are lightly coated with oil to prevent rusting.Main applications of these wires include binding reinforcing steel, baling & in general tying applications. Black annealed wires are available in diameters of 1.1 mm upwards. Galvanized Wires Galvanized wires are produced by drawing high quality wire rods to required diameter & coating with Zinc through a process of hot dipped galvanizing or electro-galvanizing. Galvanized wires are available in diameters from 0.70 mm upwards & are used for fencing, wire mesh, packaging etc. Wire Nails Wire nails are supplied in flat head, counter sunk with smooth shanks. These nails are used for mainly carpentry applications.
