Ultra cold bituman emulasion is an emulsified thixotropic water based bitumen protective coating . It is specially used for providing dum proofing for under ground concrete structures and as the protective coating for roofing systems and other exposed surfaces. When dries it forms a black flexible protective film and it provides a though barrier to vapor transmission. It gives resistant to choride and sulphate attack that are present in the soil. It aderes to concrete, wood metal etc.
All surfaces to be coated should be sound and throughly clean before Ultra Bitumen coat is applied, Remove all dust, dirt, rust, oil, grease and any loose particle , which may effect the adhesion of the coating with the substrate. Application can be done with roller, brush, airless spray. Mix the content of the drm or pail thoroughly before applicant. Applay ultra coat on the substrate at the thickness of 125 microns. Furhter coats shall be applied only after the previous coat is completely cured . A prime coat is recommended before the application of the first coat is completely cured.A Prime coat is recommended before the application of the first coat. The primer coat can be made by diluting the same ultra coat bitumen emulsion with 20%%%% water.
It is a factory made superior high polymer modified tile adhesive for installing small to large format wall tiles in both interior and exterior areas. It is mainly used for all kind of wall tiles. It can improve the clarity of tiles.

Add 5 litter clean water with 20 kg of Ultra BOND WALL magic EX 390 and stir well until a lump free compound is achieved. The surface to be tiled should be clean and sound. Old surfaces must be free from any kind of grease oils wax etc. At site addition of water shall be adjusted to attain desired consistency and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Allow tiling to set for 24 hours prior to filling joints.
Ultra shine Cp fittings & sanitary cleaner C4 helps to clean stains, rusts and other dirts from all type of cp fitting and sanitary items.
For normal cleaning take Ultra shine cp fittings & sanitary cleaner C4 and water in 1:2 ratios take it in a plastic bucket or similar vessels for extra power to use ultra clean and water in equal proportion.

Mix ultra bond wall putty powder with water for desired consistency
idealy two coats with a maximum thickness of 1.5-2.5 mm are required for a smooth finish.
