Shelf Stocker Pedestrian controlled powered pallet truck with a low lift mini-mast for reduced operator fatigue and increased productivity The MP20DL series of shelf stockers has been designed with the operator in mind. The ability to raise the pallet to a comfortable working height helps to reduce operator back strain and fatigue, when replenishing shelves, order picking and lifting goods onto and from a pallet. It’s narrow and short chassis make it both compact and manoeuvrable, providing fast, productive and economical indoor horizontal transportation and efficient in loading and unloading applications. The MP20DL series also provides an ideal solution for low-cost, low level order picking operations. The Yale shelf stockers are ideal for use in the following applications: Retail stores Logistics operations Manufacturing environments Order picking and stock replenishment at low levels Light and medium duty load handling Vehicle loading and unloading Horizontal transport over short distances Ergonomic features The supplementary lift of up to 780mm for loads up to 700kg allows the operator to work at the most comfortable height when handling goods or when picking or replenishing stock at low shelf rack heights An ergonomic tiller head with angled hand grips and responsive low effort ‘butterfly’ controls minimise stress and fatigue on the operator’s wrist, thumb and fingers Dual lift and lower controls are positioned for left or right hand use All controls can be operated without having to release the tiller for efficient operation The low mounted tiller arm requires the minimum steering effort and provides enhanced operating clearances A creep speed button permits travel with the tiller arm in the upright position in confined spaces Productivity features Yale AC drive and hydraulic pump motors are used to provide energy efficient performance and low maintenance with 1000 hour service intervals The MOSFET traction controller provides step-less progressive speed control, automatic release and regenerative braking and anti-rollback An optional on-board charger for the 200Ah BS battery is an option CANbus technology and an on board diagnostic display provides an early indication of any maintenance requirements
