Our Products
We are leaders in the market for providing best range of PROLINE BAG FILTER HOUSINGS, PVC or CPVC Cartridge Filter Housings, FLOWLINE BAG FILTER HOUSINGS, MODULINE BAG FILTER HOUSINGS and Filter Cartridges
PROLINE bag filter vessels are an "economy" version of MAXILINE multiple bag filter housings because they are a non-code design and for operating pressures
All Plastic PVC or CPVC Cartridge Filter Housings are used to remove fine particles from process fluid. These housings are designed to use single, open ended cartridges 10", 20" or 30" in length. Cartridges must have a 1" ID and these housings do not accommodate stackable cartridges. Viton Seal is standard.
The FLOWLINE model bag filter housing is an "economy" version of the SIDELINE bag filter housing and should be considered when ASME code stamping is not required. If you require an ASME code stamp, CRN or steam jacketing, the SIDELINE or TOPLINE models should be chosen.
The FLOWLINE filter housing is applicable for all nominal micron retentions, if you require a specified efficiency (99% efficient) filter media, you should use the TOPLINE design.
Each FLOWLINE bag filter housing has a swing bolt cover which can be hinged in any one of four positions. The cover itself is what is referred to as an "evacuation cover" - a concave design that reduces the ullage (empty space) within the filter housing. The advantage is twofold; there's less "wasted fluid" during a bag change and the fluid level ends up lower in the housing to reduce spillage once the cover is opened.
The cover is an investment cast component, ensuring precise, reliable sealing with concentric downwards pressure onto the bag hold-down ring.
The restrainer (support) basket is made of 316SS and has 9/64" perforations. FLOWLINE bag filters also come with adjustable epoxy powder coated steel mounting legs.
Optional features for FLOWLINE bag filters include Tri-Clover connections, differential pressure taps, mechanical/electro-polished internal/external and HAYFLOW basket upgrade.
MODULINE bag filter system should be considered for high flow rate applications where the flow rate cannot be interrupted for filter bag replacement as an alternative to a duplexed DUOLINE or MAXILINE multiple chamber bag filters.
The MODULINE bag filter system offer a flexible approach for high flow rate filtration applications. Instead of a single housing having multiple filter bag chambers, the MODULINE system consists of 2 to 8 #2 size bag filter housings installed on a common inlet and outlet manifold.
A key advantage of this approach is that you can change filter bags without interrupting the process flow rate. This is something that you cannot do with multiple bag filter housings unless you duplex them together.
The MODULINE bag filter system is more expensive then multiple chamber PROLINE and MAXILINE bag filters, however it is less expensive then duplexing multiple bag filter housings.
If your filtration requirement falls within 1 to 100 microns (nominal), also consider the HAYFLOW upgrade option, as it may reduce the number of bag filter stations required.
The MODULINE bag filters systems are based upon the TOPLINE, SIDELINE, FLOWLINE and FLOWLINEII bag filter vessel designs.
LOFMEM filter cartridges are made from Polyethersulfone (PES) and Teflon (PTFE) membranes under ISO 9001 quality control standards to provide absolute retention consistency. LOFMEM filter cartridges are used for final filtration of wine and beverages, ultrapure water filtration, DI water, photo resists, pharmaceutical intermediates, strong acids/bases, compressed gases and fermentation air.
LOFMEM filter cartridges are manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom and 100% flushed. LOFMEM filter cartridges have 7 ft2 to 8 ft2 surface area with an absolute retention range from 0.03 m to 1.00 m.
FLOWASH portable filter carts provide a convenient option for emptying and transferring industrial fluids such as machine tool coolant, waste water, paints and coatings and wastewater from sumps, pits and reservoirs. FLOWASH portable filter carts quickly empty or fill drums, barrels and totes.
FLOWASH portable filter carts enable personnel to easily move the bag filter pump station to wherever it is required, instead of installing multiple stations by each process.
TWO VERSIONS: BASIC AND INDUSTRIAL
FLOWASH basic filter carts utilize an electrically operated self-priming end suction centrifugal pump designed to pump and filter water-like fluids up to 30 GPM at 75 PSI and 180F.
FLOWASH industrial filter carts utilize an air-operated diaphragm pump designed to pump and filter water-like fluids up to 45 GPM at 125 PSI and 150F. FLOWASH industrial filter carts also include a strainer for pre-filtration.
The design of the FLOWASH portable filter carts are based upon the FLOWLINEII bag filter design. The pump draws the fluid from its source and pumps it through the FLOWLINEII bag filter for filtration to as low as 1 micron nominal retention prior to discharge. A complete listing of filter bags are listed online at Eaton Filter Bags.com.
You can decrease the frequency of filter bag changes with the HAYFLOW upgrade option if your filtration requirement falls within 1 to 100 microns (nominal).
Perhaps one of the most overlooked aspect of bag filter housings are the accessories available for improving performance.
Displacement Balloons reduce volume of carry-out loss during filter bag changes. A #2 size filter bag has a volume of approximately 5 gallons, in addition to the added weight when changing the filter bag, that fluid is often discarded with the filter bag. The displacement balloon significantly reduces this wasted volume and also results in a much lighter, easier filter bag replacement.
Bag Positioners are a REQUIREMENT for absolute retention filter bags such as ACCUGAF and PROGAF filter bags, helping to keep the filter bag positioned correctly within its' restrainer (support) basket.
Magnetic Inserts are powerful rare earth magnetic assemblies suspended within the filter bag, attracting ferrous particles, both alleviating filter bag loading in addition to increasing filtration efficiency due to magnetic attraction.
POLYLINE duplex bag filter housings are for applications where the process flow cannot be interrupted for filter bag changing. Flow is diverted using linked valves simplify the switch-over procedure to a signal lever action.
The POLYLINE duplex bag filters are based upon the POLYLINE bag filter housing design and are available in polypropylene, PVDF, PVC and CPVC material of construction.
Please view the POLYLINE duplex pricing page for discounted pricing. If you require spare parts for an existing POLYLINE bag filter, please refer to the POLYLINE parts page for discounting pricing.
If you are not sure which type of filter housing would be most appropriate for your application, please fill out our Filter Housing Inquiry Form and we'll reply within 1-2 business days.
MAXILINE-HE-T duplex bag filters are multiple chamber filter bag housings based upon the MAXILINE-HE design that are duplexed together for continuous duty applications. Diversion of the flow is accomplished with a single hand wheel.
The MAXILINE HE design has a swing bolt closure and a spring assisted hinge, making it very easy for personnel to open the housing and safely remove and install filter bags.
The MAXILINE-HE-T has an outlet installed as close to the floor as possible thereby keeping the filter housing height to an absolute minimum. This feature enables personnel to remove filter bags while standing on the ground (no requirement for external scaffolding) because the filter bag chamber height is only 36" to 43" above the floor.
If your filtration requirement falls within 1 to 100 microns (nominal), also consider the HAYFLOW upgrade option, as it may reduce the number of bag filter chambers required.

The SIDELINE model bag filter housing is the industry standard bag filter vessel design when a Code UM or Code U stamp is required. The SIDELINE filter housing is applicable for all nominal micron retentions; if you require a specified efficiency (99% efficient) filter media, you should use the TOPLINE design.
Each SIDELINE bag filter housing has a swing bolt cover which can be hinged in any one of four positions. The cover itself is what is referred to as an "evacuation cover" - a concave design that reduces the ullage (empty space) within the filter housing. The advantage is twofold; there's less "wasted fluid" during a bag change and the fluid level ends-up lower in the housing to reduce spillage once the cover is opened.
The cover is an investment cast component, ensuring precise, reliable sealing with concentric downwards pressure onto the bag hold-down ring. Each SIDELINE bag filter vessel is ASME UM Code stamped (U stamp is optional).
The restrainer (support) basket is made of 316SS and has 9/64" perforations. SIDELINE bag filters also come with adjustable epoxy powder coated steel mounting legs.
Optional features for SIDELINE bag filters include Tri-Clover connections, differential pressure taps, CRN registration, mechanical/electro-polished internal/external, steam jacketing, ASME U code stamp, a side outlet and HAYFLOW basket upgrade.
The TOPLINE model bag filter housing is the highest performance design we offer. Especially if your application requires
The POLYLINE model bag filter housing is molded from glass filed polypropylene and Kynar (PVDF) - having no metal components. POLYLINE bag filters are designed for use with aggressive fluids that would ordinarily require exotic alloys.
POLYLINE bag filters have a hand removable "spin-off" cover to facilitate easy no-tools access to the filter bag chamber and has both an integral vent valve and pressure gauge tap.
Since the POLYLINE is a molded product, the interior is exceptionally smooth, without crevices or surface irregularities to trap process fluid. The mounting flange is molded also, forming a rigid base.
The POLYLINE bag filter has interchangeable bottom connections to enable size or same side ("loop") flow path configurations. POLYLINE bag filter vessels are available with either 2" 150# RF ANSI flanged or 2" FNPT (threaded) connections in both the #1 and #2 filter bag sizes.
The POLYLINE bag filter housings can also be used for 20" and 30" long filter cartridges. Additional information about our complete line of filter cartridges is online at http://www.eatonfiltercartridges.com.
Although not shown online, we can provide bag filter vessels made from PVC and CPVC; for this option or if you are not sure which type of filter housing would be most appropriate for your application.
MAXILINE bag filters are multiple chamber filter bag housings. There are three versions, the HD-T, the HE and the SE-T.
MAXILINE HD-T has a cost effective hand wheel operated lifting davit to raise the cover and move it to the side for filter bag access. MAXILINE HD-T is your only option for (12) or more filter bag chambers.
The MAXILINE HE design has a swing bolt closure and a spring assisted hinge, making it very easy for personnel to open the housing and safely remove to install filter bags. The MAXILINE-HE-S is the standard design; the MAXILINE-HE-T has a special tangential outlet. This is an outlet installed as close to the floor as possible thereby keeping the filter housing height to an absolute minimum. This feature enables personnel to remove filter bags while standing on the ground (no requirement for external scaffolding) because the filter bag chamber height is only 36" to 43" above the floor.
The MAXILINE SE-T is variation of MAXILINE-HE, having a counter-weighted cover with QIC-LOCK closure. The QIC-LOCK closure is designed to enable quick filter bag access and ensuring safety with integral vessel venting as part of the opening process. If a quick filter bag change-out is desirable, the MAXILINE-SE-T is the quickest in the world.
DUOLINE bag filter housings consist of two #2 size filter bag chambers for a maximum flow rate of approximately 360 GPM for nominal filtration of water-like fluids. When one #2 size bag filter is not enough for your flow rate and the HAYFLOW upgrade option isn't viable, consider the DUOLINE.
increases maximum flow rate of a #2 size housing from approximately 180 GPM to 300 GPM for nominal retention of water-like fluids
NOTE: you can apply the HAYFLOW upgrade option to the DUOLINE bag filter vessels to increase their flow capacity further.
The DUOLINE bag filters are based upon the TOPLINE, SIDELINE and FLOWLINE bag filter vessels. The TOPLINE style is recommended for absolute rated retention filter bag applications; the SIDELINE version is best for nominal (most common) filter bag retentions and the FLOWLINE version does not have an ASME code stamp option, it's the "economy version. You can review each of their respective webpages for a more detailed description of which version is best for your application.
The MODULINE, PROLINE and MAXILINE multiple chamber bag filter vessels have from 3 to 24 filter bag chambers for higher flow rate applications.
