To meet the unique challenges these vehicles present, StopTech incorporates specific design aspects to manage the heat generated. StopTech rotors, with their patented AeroVane internal vane design can flow air up to 61 percent better than stock brake rotors. Better airflow means better cooling, and better cooling means less brake fade. Having brakes perform well every single time is critical no matter the type of vehicle driven, especially in this vehicle segment.

A brake rotors primary function is to store and release thermal energy that is generated during the braking process. At first glance, two rotors from different manufacturers may appear to be identical, however, quality and performance cannot be determined by simply comparing the outside dimensions or aesthetics of the discs. Vane design, chemistry, metallurgy, casting methods and machining technique all contribute to the function of the disc once it is placed in service.

StopTech has the engineering and R&D resources to test rotors on one of three Link brake dynamometers, on street and track vehicles, and in the laboratory. StopTech and Centric Premium brake rotors are designed, engineered, and built to offer significant braking advantages over OEM parts.

In addition to guarding against boiling and subsequent loss of efficiency at severe temperatures, StopTech Brake Fluid maintains its excellent viscosity, lubricity and non-compressibility.

StoptechStainless SteelBraided Brake Lines provide aquicker, firmer, more consistent pedalresponse by maintaining consistent brake pressure. Additionally, stainless steel lines provideprecision brake modulation, especially during threshold braking. The improvement in pedal feel is more dramatic on older vehicles where the factory rubber line may have softened and swelled due to age.

StopTechbrake lines consist of a PTFE (commonly referred to as Teflon) inner line that carries the brake fluid, which is then covered with a layer of stainless steel woven braid. The PTFEtube is very resistant to expansion under pressure and will not degrade from exposure to brake fluid.

The braidedstainless steel provides support for the PTFEand the weave isextremely durableagainst incidental impact and abrasion. Next the stainless braided hose is coated with a clear abrasion resistant PVC cover formaximum protectionagainst chaffing and strain relief devices reinforce end fittings.

A variety of end fittings are available to meet most application needs. All fittings are engineered for proper fit and durability. All necessary brackets and fasteners are included with each line kit.

Our vests are easy-to-wear and lighter, whilst offering the highest level protection from ballistic, grenade and blast fragments, also preventing excessive trauma to the torso/body. Our Vests utilises the latest composite armour material, providing the highest level of protection, utilising a single material, due to an advanced patented composite ultra-high-tensile fibres and thermoplastic.

A significant additional and unique characteristic of the Ace Armour Products vests and jackets is that the defence properties of the vests materials are unaffected by high humidity or wet conditions. Our vests and jackets have undergone a series of qualification and certification tests to meet specific body armour standards of police, civilian and military users in numerous countries.

Since our armour can be tailored to your requirements, it has to meet and exceed the accepted international standards for body armour. Our range of ACE Armour Products, meet and exceed the specifications of National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and Home Office Scientific Development Branch (HOSDB). Ballistic Certification will be provided on request.

They have been tested for perforation resistance to bullets fired from hand guns, carbines, shotguns, rifles, 9mm sub-machine guns, knives, spikes, needles, shrapnel and glass fragments. The armour can minimise blunt trauma energy all ballistics as in certification and yet absorb punches, kicks, bricks and projectiles, far superior to existing armour.

We can also provide armour constructions that are immune to effects of chemical and biological attack and have opacity to radar and microwave energy. We can even provide flame resistance cover materials that can withstand temperatures up to 800 centigrade.
